The African American woman that I received to cut my hair clearly knows nothing about white peoples hair. I have thick wavy hair that was shoulder length. I told the woman that I just want enough to get the dead ends off. After taking me back to wet my hair and sat down she started combing my hair and said "oh you have so much hair, it didnt all get wet". You think she would have wet the rest of my hair? NO. Parted my hair in the middle and just cut around my head and said "Oops" while cutting. I knew it was bad, I couldnt even look in the mirror. I just wanted to get out of there. I asked her to thin my hair and she said "Ill do the back so you cant tell". Really?? I didnt realize how bad the cut was until I washed my hair and tried to style it. Not only is it now just below my ears and thick because she didnt thin it on the sides and puffing out, the sides arent even!!! I cant pull it back in a ponytail because its too short, I cant wear it half up or down because its uneven!!! She was horrible!! I always tip well. I gave her $5 and she did not deserve a penny and never said thank you! This was the WORST cut ever!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Dont take your kids here Horrible place to have haircuts done for your kids, it was like the hair dresser did not want to cut his hair. They did a different hairstyle than we asked for. Just unfriendly environment for kids, be warned, going back to wiggleworms next time

I was on my way to the shop with my two children: 7 and 9 y.o. then I had to walk through the cloud of tobacco smoke and Great Clips employees in front of the entrance . I hate the smell of tobacco and will not return to this shop ever again.

Like the people there, but for a walk in establishment, they dont appear to be properly staffed. They encoureged me to book my appt online, and when I tried it for the first time, I waited longer than i ever did just walking in.

Definitely not kid friendly. Took KY 3 year old daughter there for her first time at a salon and it just felt like we were a bother. Not very happy with the trim or the service in general.

The barber from down under did an outstanding job despite the fact I arrived just a handful of minutes before closing on a Saturday. Great cuts and good prices, would recommend.
