If I could give a negative rating I would. Their communication is the absolute worst. When they have a guy on vacation, they dont know how to dispatch routes to other drivers. I have been calling them for over 3 days now and my shipment still hasnt been picked up. No one is answering the phone either. I wish I wasnt forced to use them. FedEx is way better!!!

Useless company.attempted to deliver early with no notification and now wants to charge me for re-delivery when I asked to pick up they stated no problem and when i arrived they wanted to charge me to pick it up. NO ONE COMMUNICATES with each other and no one knows what is going on. This place is absolutely 100% the worst

If it is a hot Friday --dont expect the delivery --no effort to contact recipient of item --called at noon --called at 3 -oops driver was already picking up elsewhere -5 hours of wasted time

I called YRC freight for a 16 pallet quote. I was told online it is much cheaper. So why offer a quote via phone? I called a different carrier-that business model is CRAZY!
