Worst company ever! Juan Valdez, Andrew and the worst of all- Joe- refused to deliver my mattress the first time because THEY claimed it was "damaged at the warehouse" AND delivered a boxspring I didnt order! Then 10 days later failed to call me to inform me of delivery confirmation -then when I had to call.them and told them that the only time they could not deliver the mattress was between 3:30-4:30, they went ahead and showed up at 3:50 when no one was home-then laughed at me when I called them asking why they ignored my instructions and were condescending and hung up on me. I have missed two days of work waiting for my mattress and boxspring to be delivered and after 24 days- I STILL dont have a mattress and boxspring! I have paid for the mattress and boxspring- I dont have any idea when they will ever deliver it. This is fraud and they are a bunch of scammers. Stay away from this company.
