Do not every use this service unless you want your products to arrive damaged. And do not expect this organization to make good on the damaged property. When truck arrived, our products were behind 2500 lbs of piping so driver asked if we had anyone to help him unload the truck. We didnt so he left to deliver the piping and can back 4 hours later. The piping still on the truck because the pallet broke and the piping could not be removed. He then turned our boxes sideways to remove (the boxes clearly stated to keep upright), put them in the middle of the driveway, said sign here and left. There was no damage to the boxes however, because of his poor handling the product inside was shattered. The companys reply "they signed for them so they (us) must have broken them". The place we purchased our products were very nice and reordered at no cost to us and the products will be shipped by another company.
