They shouldve trained jones motor employees first with the new system prior to TII take over. Pay roll Was behind a full month plus on paying some drivers, i had to call every other day, to find out why i was not paid for something. You had to choose your own loads,and when you call the agents to book a load, the load was already gone but its STILL on the Loadboard. The new loadboard needs more improvement. And i would not recommend you coming over here if you have to lease a truck from quality leasing. Truck payments are pretty high. For a lease purchase your total deductions can run up to 1200 to 1300 a week. For an Owner Operator thos company is ok
