Got an email from the company saying my package would be delivered on June 30th. It was not delivered to me but to them. When they called Monday to arrange delivery they told me it had just come to them on the 30th and they could deliver it on Wednesday between 12-5. I received a call in Wednesday that they wanted to arrange a delivery. I informed them it was already arranged and asked to hold. I got cut off and no one called me back I had to call them. I got another person who had an awful attitude I believe she was the one who called on the Monday as there is only two women arranging the deliveries. I asked to speck with someone else as she was not helping the situation but more frustrating to have to deal with. The end was me being told it was not possible that an appointment was made I asked for the email address sent in the proof and still havent heard back about the incompetence of the company. Very unprofessional and not willing to accept responsibility for there mistakes. I would never use them again and not a company that uses them either.

The pilot must have been off the day i shipped my load because it was never received by the consignee and they had the nerve to place me in collections for their flying nightmare of a service. Would have been better off hiring western express at least they bring your stuff even if it is destroyed in the truck rollover
