THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME!!! Oh my gosh I never write reviews but Ianthe just saved out day! We were coming from the city and got stuck in traffic and arrived late and she went out of her way to wait after hours so we could unload. Its not a thing I would normally ever ask some one to do, wait after their shift has closed, but after a long rough day it was the best thing ever to not have to drive our uhaul back to Manhattan and she volunteered with a smile. She was also super friendly and professional. She also sent Victor to help us unload. After our calls with various storage places that day, Ianthe was a dream. The location is super clean and secure. Easy unloading and dollies to help, etc. if you are looking for a storage place that is friendly and treats customers like real people, this is the place. So glad we found them! Ianthe is our girl!

Made online reservation for $25. Website made appear it was Uhaul. Only rents their vehicles. We needed service for our trailer hitch installed by Uhaul. Hampshire referred us to nearest Uhaul & said Uhaul would refund our $25. Uhaul said not affiliated & called Hampshire. They refused to refund & have said must be misunderstanding...No reservation fees are refunded. Will use Uhaul in our NY & CA travels, not Hampshire.

Thank God Enrique helped me out! I thought I had to pay $144 for the month, even though I was planning on moving my stuff out within a week or so. Enrique gave me options and one of which was to Pro-Rate it. The other staff member I spoke to wasnt so eager to assist me. So I am pleased and grateful that I not only saved money, but got GREAT customer service! This is what its all about! Thanks Enrique!

GREAT LOCATION FOR MYSELF PERSONALLY. STAFF IS GREAT, AND BUILDING IS WELL LOOKED AFTER. Saturdays and Sundays are hectic with people piling up to get their things or moving them in so it can be crazy. And they are building a fast food restaurant which causes a traffic incovenience. So between these two scenarios it can be hectic. But the service, location and purpose are cool. At this time, I have no complaints.

This facility is a very clean and in dependable storage and the climate control works great and theres never a smell in the building. I might add the location is never dirty and the employee name Jackensy is very helpful along with the other staff. I will highly recommend this location

Andrew & Co. at the Newark, NJ facility were great. When I lost my keys, they had the old lock off and a new one on in no time. Facility is clean, secure and well-lit. All the terms were clearly explained with no hidden "gotchas." Im glad I signed on with Extra Space!

This is a great facility! Safe, well kept and easily accessible. The staff is very forthcoming and helpful, making the sign up process easy and agreeable. Reserving a unit online was a breeze and saved us a good amount of money as well. Highly recommended!

My experience at extra storage was very good I was able to get an atmosphere controlled facility and had no trouble taking the elevator up and down to my storage unit this is a very clean and secure storage unit I would recommend this for anybody

A little expensive for newark, but has really Greta facilities and staff, be sure to bring your own lock or just buy it from the office. The office has plenty of useful stuff you can buy.
