I want to this location yesterday with my fiancé to purchase a unit for all our stuff since we are getting married in a month. We arrive at 330pm. the location closes at five so we thought OK we would have enough time to talk someone purchase the unit and put stuff away, well when we got there nobody was there and there was a sign on the door that said will return at 4:30. Well 4:30 comes and nobody shows up we are really disappointed that I said here waiting and no one showed up. I ended up going with a different location. I would never recommend this location. If i could I would give it zero stars.

This is a storage I have used a couple of times and the professionalism of the customer reps there is amazing. KY and Rasha were very great to me the last time. I came rushing to move out of the storage to avoid paying for the whole month. Upon getting to the storage, I couldnt find my keys to get into my unit. KY persistently calmed me down and Rasha said she would stay till 6pm and I could still go home and look for the keys. I went home and I came back to move out of the unit on time. These ladies were awesome!

Rasia and nick have gone over and beyond countless times to make my storage experience a pleasent one. Rasia is helpful and professional at all times. She has helped me in a pinch more than once. The entire public storage staff at goethals rd store 10303 know there stuff. I appreciate all rasia has done for me and my precious belongings. I downgraded my storage unit(10x10) to a smaller size (5x5) before completely moving out. Ms. Shama, the manager I believe, helped me tremendously through this process, she did everything paperwork wise and explained everything to me. She even helped me move some of my stuff in. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the process, especially since I already paid for the month, and was downgrading 2 weeks in. Thank you Public Storage for keeping my valuables safe.

Hello everyone this is the most awesome storage place in staten Island I know its strange to here someone prag about a storage place put the manager at this location was so helpful ( Rasha). She had the ability to just look at what was in my truck and tell me what size room I needed which saved me a lot of time. I came with my friend to open up a storage unit . Jessica S was so warm and delightful. She held assist us find the perfect space for our needs and set us with the best package to supply our furniture. It was the best customer service Ive seen in a long time and shes only worked here for a short time. If you need to store anything I highly suggest you stop bye and ask for Jess S for the best service.

The staff is very helpful, I had to take my car off of my insurance immediately and had no where to park it! Rasha was very, very helpful in assisting me AND the poor little thing shoveled snow out of a parking spot for me all by herself. She is very accommodating, very pleasant and I would recommend this Public Storage location to anyone that is looking for a storage place. Keep up the great work!

The staff here is awesome very friendly never ever rude. Its great here at night very bright easy to move things in and out. They always have plenty of carts to move your stuff in and out. I love this place Ive been using them for years. I recommend any and everybody to use public storage. Shouts to Rasha & BIG Nick and the DM cool people they make life just little bit easier.

Criminals, they keep raising the rent without actually doing anything, never a cart when I need one and nothing changes so why the rent increase, this time they raised it 22 dollars a month and I have only been there a few months, ridiculous, they lure you in under false hopes that you are getting a reasonably priced storage unit.

Shama the Relief manager is always on site and is always helpful . I have 2 units and am always on site, I see and hear her helping people and is always friendly and courteous . Friends always tell me to move to another storage facility, but I wont because of the customer service I receive at Public Storage.

This storage facility itself is fine. However the price quoted online during reservation was much lower than the actual price I paid. After multiple requests to make an adjustments I was promised that it would be fixed. It never was. So take that online quote with a grain of salt.

Ive used Public Storage a few times over the years and have always had positive experiences here. The managers Nick and Rasha are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The facility is well lit, and the units Ive rented are very easy to access. I highly recommend this facility!

They raise your rent every 6 months, sometimes without notice. And then when you call to ask about it, you get the "We have nothing to do with it; rents are set by corporate and we cant help you" excuse. Ill be moving my things out by the end of the month. Ridiculous.
