My experience at Extra Space Storage has been fantastic. My after-hours phone call was returned first thing the next morning with courtesy and warmth by a real live human being, which secured my business. When I came in person to view the site, "Nono" (nickname) showed me as many options as I wanted to see, with time for all my questions. Then he made the bureaucratic sign-up process, which would normally be a boring chore, easy and fun. When I bungled the lock, he noticed right away and alerted me. Observant, efficient, good-humored, supportive, clear and fully human: customer service does not get any better than this. In addition to saying "yes yes" to the wonderful help from "Nono," the facility overall is clean, professional and safe.

We have had several storage units with Extra Space Storage, New Paltz, NY during the last 18 months. We have never had a problem with any of the units assigned to us. Due to moving a couple of times, we have been in and out of the storage area at all hours day and night. Each time we visit, the facility is always well lit and clean. In addition, the staff is always friendly and helpful. It doesnt matter what we need, be it a reminder for the gate code, a new lock, or just the answer to a question, the staff is always very helpful. Besides being helpful, the staff never fails to greet you with a smile. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone. So, if you are in this area, and need storage, give them a shot!

I just moved here to New Paltz and I was looking for a place to put my items that I had no room for in my new home. I happen to come across your facility and so I stopped in, I was helped by a woman named Elizabeth Bonfiglio. I have never used storage before so I will have to admit I was clueless. Elizabeth sat with me and took all my information down and explained to me all my options. We then went for a tour of the property, Elizabeth showed me all the sizes that she thought would work for me and we found the perfect one. I not only rented the unit but I was blown away by her AMAZING customer service skills. Thanks Elizabeth for all your help, I could not have done all this without you...

Customer service was fantastic!!! I received a call within a few mins welcoming me to Extra Space Storage from Mr.Fiorio. I made a reservation online. He was extremely helpful,very informative about the facility. That was a huge help because in the winter I need to store my car & now I dont have to look any further. He is also patient and took the time to show me different size units so I was comfortable with my decision. He wasnt acting as a sales person. He showed he cared. Paperwork was quick and easy, facility is big, secure and very clean. The price you cant beat either. All around I couldnt of picked a better place to do business with!

I have been storing belongings at ESS/New Paltz for some time now - four years? (time flies) and from day one it has been a pleasant experience. I was lucky that first day to encounter manager ElizaBeth BonFiglio, who gave us a tour, showed us spaces and then executed all the paperwork. To this day ElizaBeth continues to take care of me! She is super professional, super kind and always on top of it. ElizaBeth is a huge part of why I feel my things are safe and secure at ESS. (I should add that all the other staff members at ESS are good too; I just havent interacted with them much.)

I cannot explain how much Elizabeth has helped my brother & I in just a few words. She was so considerate & patient. She advised me to change our storage to a smaller size which fit all of our belongings perfectly, as well as saved us a lot of money! Elizabeth definitely understands what it means to be a broke college student. If I ever stay up in New Paltz for the summer again, I will definitely chose Extra Space Storage. I know that I can count on Elizabeths warm personality to help me get my things settled again!

The mgr, Elizabeth Bonfiglio, is more than simply capable- she is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about her industry. Never planned to be a "lifer" as probably with most clients, but she almost makes it a pleasure to pay that monthly bill. ES would be wise to elevate her to a position of training employees to be managers, or simply good employees. If she is not currently receiving a fair wage she should be snatched up by a rival company who can recognize and acknowledge her worth.

We have had a great experience with this facility - the staff is friendly and professional and the facility is clean. Best of all, they accept packages and we have been taking full advantage of that feature as we store up furniture and supplies for a new house in the area. Nono has been especially helpful, from getting us set up, to accepting REALLY heavy packages for our unit, even helping us sweep up broken glass when we dropped something in the unit. I highly recommend it.

Just finished a Big day of moving and organizing which got a big save by Elizabeth at Extra Space storage in New Paltz NY. At the last minute, I realized that i would need a storage space to protect a bunch of equipment from the weather. That last minute call went smooth and easy with Elisabeth being friendly and informative. And, the space was open, clean, ready and waiting for me when I arrived. All done midday on a Saturday. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in New Paltz for anyone who wants affordable prices and lots of options. The location is very secure and the staff was super helpful in finding the right unit for me and my possessions. Elizabeth, the woman who assisted me that day, made me feel very comfortable leaving all of my personal belongings in her care, like I would a close friend. I am old customer of the Exstra Space Storage. The capacity of the storage is huge. And believe me Ms. Elizabeth BonFiglio was the best store manager i have ever seen. With her assistance we always find the best storage for my stuff, even for my car which i care a lot. I wish all of the storage managers would be as nice as she is. The Extra Space Storage is one of the safest storages i have been actually. Thank you for everything guys.

Extra Space in New Paltz is great. Ive used them numerous times between semesters, and have always had a good experience. Best of all is Elizabeth. She provides the greatest customer service anyone could ever ask for. She solves every possible problem, and is just an incredibly nice person. She also goes so far as to remind you when your bill is about to come due. I would recommend this place to everyone.
