Being a former customer for public storage i can say life storage is way cleaner, has better customer service, and property looks way better than any other storage place i been to on rt 22. The store manager asia was kind and didnt pressure me into buying a lock for $30 like public storage did. The insurance is required but u have the option to use your own. Im so glad i stopped by here shopping around for storage and noticed the truck which i found out was free and comes wit 25miles free. Definitely will be renting with lifestorage in Mountainside

I came here to rent the truck from another location who didnt have the life storage truck. I got 50 free miles n only had to reimburse gas. The manager at the locarion that helped me was friendly,fast,n informative when checking in and out the truck... glad i used lifestorage its a one stop shop so no need for uhaul hassle. Would definitely use them again in the future! Also will tell my friends and family

Great customer service makes customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. I came in to price spaces and Check out the property... the store manager asia greeted me and showed me spaces so I can see wut space i would need. She explained everything in detailed and facility was very clean. They also have a free truck to help move in with 25 free miles other companies on rt22 dont offer this... Will be making my reservation asap and recommend friends

Great customer service great personalityand very informative workers.Thank you to the young lady for making my day and seetling issues, i think her name was Asia, either way keep up the great work, Me being a business owner my self i apricate a good worker.
