Never had an issue until I moved my items out. My clothes dresser for my bedroom had bad water damage from a leak in the roof I would imagine and it was ruined. I went through their Bader insurance that I paid for Every month for a year and they did nothing for me! They said it wasnt covered unless there was a flood. Extremely unprofessional and total BS! Now Im out a $160 dresser with no compensation. Do not pay for the insurance or a unit here!!

As a contractor, I needed storage on a permanent basis so I made sure to shop around before choosing a location. This place is by far the best in the area. They guarantee their price to stay the same for at least a year, while most other places couldnt make that guarantee. They let me use their truck to move my equipment in, and the people were just amazing. If you do your homework like I did, youll end up here and youll be more than satisfied.

Unprofessional attitude towards their customers. As well as greedy. I was told by a worker named Concetta ,that i would have to pay for a full month rate. Due to me going over on my last due date. I even gave them the heads up that I was clearing out. So as im finalizing everything. A male worker tells me that there would be no need to pay a full price. Just prorated the day i went over. Thankful for that.

Storage facility have climate control units in addition you can store vehicles and boats units are bigger great fees for storage in comparison to other facilities which has higher prices for their units

24 access in my line of work very helpful.a little hard to find behind the Nissan dealer no signs Office being closed on Sunday is very inconvenient. Id definely use again
