My name is Devaughn and I have been a customer with Extra Space Storage for approximately one year. The facility is very well maintained but the best part is an employee by the name of Lindsay... Sometimes I call in to make my monthly renewal payment and sometimes my wife does it... Either way it goes we both always have the same common thing to say.."Lindsay is so nice" her professionalism and customer service skills are impeccable. In todays times you dont find too many people enthusiastic about doing there job... But this employee is quite the contrary. She is by far my families favorite employee to deal with at that location. So from us to you we just want to thank you for your sincere attitude and kindness when we speak with you monthly!!! I refer customers to your location any chance I get!!! 5 stars!!!!!! Thanks again. I have used a storage area only twice, but Extra Space storage takes the cake. This area is convenient to get to and the units are climate controlled- so you can access your belongings even if the weather outside is lousy. Brendan the site Manager is always eager to help. He has gone beyond & above to accommodate me especially when I downsized my storage unit. Not only did he processed the change for me but he also came to the area to check on me while i was transferring my belongings. Never once did i feel rushed! I would highly recommend this storage area to anyone looking for either long term/ short term storage. I promise you will not be disappointed!

A big thank you to Brendan. I have been an Extra Space customer for several years, but the service provided by Brendan takes Extra Space to a whole new level. During a recent move in, he kept in constant contact and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that my move happened on the scheduled day and went as smoothly as possible. Many facilities can offer lock ups with air conditioning and 21st century security. But they wont have Brendan managing their facility and that makes a world of difference in Extra Space Poughkeepsie!

Great experience. I had a rental out of Miami and had a great experience. Which is why when I moved to NY and started to look at storage places I was super ecstatic when I saw an extra space. After arriving my experience was exactly what I expected. The facility was super clean, staff was super helpful and very friendly. The storage lockers were super clean and very well kept, I was very impressed. I will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone in the area that may need storage space.

The Highest Rating! The manager Brendan took exceptionally good care of me. He accommodated every request, helped my find the perfect sized unit ( on the first floor! ) and provided me with all the help I needed during my move in. The facility is immaculate and very well managed. I investigated several storage facilities in the area and chose this one in particuluar because of Brendans professionalism and customer service. Brendan and staff are very helpful.I originally rented a 10x15 and found once I started moving items in and realized I am going to need a bigger unit. Brendan did the upgrade with no problems. I have rented in other storage places and this facility is very clean and secure. Highly recommend storing at this facility . Just wish there was just alittle more light in the unit itself but it is not to bad.

This facility is absolutely wonderful. The units are fairly priced and secure; the place is always clean; and it is the only place in the Poughkeepsie area that has everything I need. The manager, Brendan, is always helpful and accommodating. I looked at 8 other storage units before I finally came here, and this was the perfect decision. I fully recommend it to anyone.

Brendan Norton and Rhonda Cina at ExtraSpace Storage are the best!! They are both SO helpful, kind, and accommodating, and they dont over-complicate the storage-unit-rental process. Im only renting the storage unit for three months for summer, and they made it easy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage, great customer service.

The facilities are clean and secure. The online component to managing an account is extremely helpful. Most importantly the staff are excellent. Anywhere can supply a box to put stuff in but keeping the place in tip top shape and providing consistently friendly and helpful service makes this place awesome.

Been customers for a year now in the climate controlled area and had a good experience so far. Rhonda was super helpful and friendly when we decided to upgrade after having already renewed our lease. Theres multiple spacious elevators and so far we havent had any issues finding an unused flatbed cart.

The prices are competitive and very fair. The manager, B Norton has a great knowledge of the units. It is all climate controlled and you probably wont find better prices for the units that you want. Easy access to get to the location and storage space is open over 12 hours.
