Shameek general manager there and Aneese are horrible. I made my reservation at least a week ahead of time and when I get here they tell me that they dont have the the items that I need. They had me go to a different location that they assured had everything I needed only to drive across town only for them to tell me that they dont have everything and not even what I can settle for to complete my move. Horrible customer service and I will never use them again.

I rented a truck from these guys, and they are very nice people. Tomorrow I am renting from them again, so as a repeat customer I can definately say I recommend them. I was also happy with the price. Its not often I can say that about anyone! They have all the additional stuff you would want also like blankets, tape, dollys and that kinda thing. The truck was clean and nice.

I havent used them in a while, however, I have many times in the past and the staff is very personable, pleasant and knowledgable about the equipment. No, its not in the best location as another reviewer, said, but I like the fact that their review was not biased at all. I will be using them this weekend, and I hope to have the same service I experienced in the past.

I think this place gets a bad rap because of its location. Yes, it is not in the best neighborhood (many U-Hauls arent) but the people working there were professional and explained everything, and were actually pretty nice. I wouldnt take a date there for a nice dinner, but I WOULD rent a truck from them.

I pull in the entry to return the truck, literally 2 ft away from the stop sign on the ground, and a staff member goes: do you drive? He kept going about it. All for having parked 2ft away from the sign. Truck was also dirty when I picked it up.

Came in for a truck rental for an apt move. Everything went smooth. Randolph was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Upon returning the truck 3 hrs later, I didnt even have to go inside! Time saving and efficient! GOOD JOB!

Rented a one way trailer to cross the country. The broken down trailer they set me up with was not serviced properly and the wheel fell off within two hours! Would suggest avoiding this business.

The service sucks at this location. The wrong vehicle was reserved and the staff members have no customer service skills and show no empathy. Stir clear of this place!!

Always come here to rent trucks when moving stuff. Staff is nice and its really close to my house. Been going here for years.
