After reading previous reviews online, price comparisons, and overall convenience I decided to go with this Public Storage facility in Wallington. From start to finish I had the best customer service experience. I reserved a space in the wee hours of the night (as many procrastinators do) and the next morning I drove over (from NY where Im moving from). The moment I walked in Ashley and Fatima greeted me with pleasant smiles and good energy. Most places on a Saturday morning have the staff from hell, but these ladies were on point. Ashley looked up my information and confirmed my reservation. Fatuma took me to view the space and even showed me some other spaces available since I was undecided. This is my first big move and I wanted to make sure I choose the right place to keep my belongings safe. While viewing the space I even chatted with a gentlemen there who was a long time renter and he had nothing but good things to say. Fatuma went through all the information with me, even gave me really affordable insurance options and for the price of everything I was totally saving money. The price I snagged with Public Storage was only a quarter of what some other places were charging! I left feeling great about my decision, and even had some boxes to move in with me right there. The space is CLEAN, WELL VENTILATED, and FEELS SAFE.

Units are clean but they dont maintain things. Theres many times (Probably 2-3 x a month) when you cant even get to your space because of mechanical or system problems, and theres no one to complain to cause the people who work there arent respobsible for that, and no per diem refunds. Its just "oh well sorry". Staff has no problem signing up new people and are plenty cheerful when doing so, but thats pretty much as far as the support goes. Had space there when it was Wallington storage. Units were litterally half the price and never...repeat never had these issues. Public Storage has monopolized all the independent companies in the area and as usual. Corporatization has led to over pricing and sub par service. Use em if you need to, but be advised there are problems there youll need to just put up with.

I think Catherine and Victor at Public Storage are fine examples of customer service representatives within this company. That is the best I can say, Public Storage refuses to fix damaged gates, that havent been working in six months, they are constantly raising rent, and nothing ever gets fixed. The district manager and the other corporate staff apparently see no need to address these concerns. I attempted to contact these people, all the way up to top executives and still nothing gets done. This place needs a change big time.

When i rented i didnt know what i was getting myself into when i called i was told one price, but than victor explain the entire process, he help me understand what kind of services they offer and help me find a even better deal than what i was told from over the phone. Shannay also help me during my move in i need carts, they seem to always be short of them, but she had one waiting for me in the office, she also had tape and boxes, for me when my started to fall apart, this place is always prepared for when you need them.

My experience on 5/23/16 was totally positive and It is my first experience with Public Storage. The Wallington. NJ facility is very well maintained, clean and secure. The PS representative, Kwuana was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my question thoroughly. She made the paperwork process easy to go through. Kwuana is a great asset to and Representative for Public Storage. She achieves excellence in customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I needed storage space several months ago and stopped at Public Storage to inquire. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their facility. The space they showed me was clean, easy to get to and the right size for me. After several months I no longer needed the space so I vacated. Again the staff was great, so friendly and professional. I would recommend Public Storage to anybody needing storage.

Public storage recently took over here. The staff is courteous and professional and the facility has improved by leaps and bounds since the transition. My favorite employees, Shaquana and Omar, are extremely helpful and are always good for a great conversations. If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the place to be!

It is very sad that the carts and dollies are not available when I go to use my unit. They are locked in the office, so that I can only carry or drag my stuff back and forth to my 4th floor unit. How in inconvenient. You can only use carts when the office is open. It was never like that when it was Wallington Storage.

She was patient, courteous, and always had a smile. She made sure that I had all the information I needed before leaving.
