God bless the assistant manager on duty as you could tell she truly cared and wanted to help customers, but she can only do so much with literally no help from her support staff and employees. I have never seen a group of employees with such a poor attitude towards work and helping others. It was apparent that no one had proper training on the computer as there were multiple people in line and one person at the counter but he didnt know how to use the computer so he just stood there. They clearly dont train people on hooking up trailers either. The employee that hooked up my trailer was literally going to let me leave without tightening the trailer hitch and I had to show her how to tighten it. What makes it worse, this employee was actually training another employee! I am a very patient person but I would never go through this location again. Id go a 100 miles out of my way to avoid them. I called two times prior to picking up 2 U-boxes to confirm availability, once one week out and once two days prior. They even called me the day prior to confirm that I was going to pick it up at a certain time. Unfortunately, the confirmations mean nothing as when I arrived at the time specified, they spent over an hour finding the U-boxes while I sat there and observed the horrendous customer service dealt to others. Once they found the boxes, they couldnt get to them because there was no fork lift driver so they said they would call me in an hour to confirm they were ready to be picked up. As you may expect, they never called and I had to call to confirm the availability. I eventually was able to pick up my U-boxes three hours later from the original confirmed time. Add to this run down trailers with missing parts and wet moving blankets they gave me, and you can see why I gave them one-star.

Great location. Very clean and secured establishment. I love the 24hr access and easy drive up to the storage area. Very nice and friendly staff. I read a lot of reviews about Hamilton, an employee, and I was happy to have met him. The reviews were all true. Hes very kind and helpful!

It seems like a busy place. We had to wait for service. The manger she was nice and eager to help. She answered all our questions and took time to ensure we had all the information we need; while knowing we were not renting a unit.

This U-Haul had the most convenient and easy access storage unit space Ive ever had. Between the 24-hour access, clean storage unit and easy drive up location I couldnt ask for more.

I thought they were helpful, only to find that they stole my credit card number and used it to buy themselves dinner. I have reported this location to UHaul. BUYER BEWARE.
