Yo estava buscando un lugar donde yo pudiera guardar, yame a un par de lugares, pero ninguno era tan combeniente,ej; el horario y el sistema de axeso no me gusto,pero desde el instante en que combersava con las officinas de EXTRA SPACE STORAGE el trato fue exelente, 700 Green Ln, Union, NJ 07083, fueron muy amables en atenderme y embitarmen a pasar por la officinal para ayudarme es un lugar que llena todas mis expectaciones,seguro ,limpio yel horario de acseso y el sistema con clave de el gate es super comveniente se lo recomiendo a todos.

I rented a storage space about a year ago for a specific rent value and in a second month may rent value was up by $20.00 a 26% increase, and sine you already have your pertains there and the inconvenience of having to move it again, you end up having to accept it. The staff attention was also very formal and cold. We need the space; but the way we are treated, make us feel that we are receiving a favor and not paying for a service. That must improve so we can have better experience in future needs to communicate with the staff. About the space, it is enough for my needs and since I rarely go there the environment isnt a factor. About the paperless billing, it must be clear that we expect a notification in time, what without will make us delinquent and having to call to basically beg to have the penalty cancelled.

I must say that Ralph and Omar are absolutely awesome! Initially, I called for a garage with a specific space size, but, they did not have it. Ralph promised to call me back if that size unit became available. But, it had not for 3 weeks. Still, once a week he checke in on me and let me know the avilabiloty of other size units and when wan expected move out was upcoming for the space I wanted. 3 weeks later he was professional and goong above his job to help me secure the exact size unit I wanted and could afford. I truly appreciate the dedication and great customer service. He and Omar made sure that I moved in without any problems and I truly trust my possessions in this facility. It is very nice and clean. Thank you for everything fellas!

After only 5 months in unit, I got hit with more than a 7% rent increase. I thought that was excessive considering current economic conditions, etc. Also, not sure how much they run the AC, because even though I have an inside climate controlled unit, I was sweating my butt off one hot late summer day. Unfortunately didnt have the thermometor with me to check the actual temp. Otherwise, facility is about what youd expect to find these days in typical newer self storage units. Their website, where you can see your bill and pay online is better than most.

Everybody in the office was very helpful and friendly. They quickly cleared up any confusion I had. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Only thing I would change is maybe put extra elevators on the ends of the building. My unit was on the corner so if I had a heavy load I either had to walk all through the building to get to the elevator, or struggle up/down the stairs with all my stuff.

The team at this location of Extra Space Storage is awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me different options in order to find the best deal for my circumstances. Although theyre running a business, I felt as though they were looking out for my best interests as well. The property is secure and well maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend them. I am very pleased with this storage facility. It has very strict security. It is a very clean facility with easy access to my unit. The people who work here are super nice and very in tune with your specific needs. I would tell anyone who is looking for storage space to come here. You will not be sorry. I have storage their before when was another company they where not to good. The people in charge now make storage make it look way better. Their are push karts to help you take your stuff to storage. The storage hallways are keep clean no garbage or furniture left. They employees their are professional with helping you in the process of buying a striate unit.

Thought I posted this a while ago, but the folks here were fantastic in terms of service and assistance. I even left behind part of my bed frame after moving out and they located it, secured it, and even helped me load it up when I went to retrieve it. Top-notch.

I have been storing my stuff here for four years, I just moved out. Very clean and secure place, never had any problems. Ralph, who works the front desk is extremely helpful. Only thing is try to get a unit close to the elevator
