I have only positive things to say about this facility! Due to unforeseen relocation problems in June 2007 when I was moving to another state, I was forced to find a storage facility for all of my apartment contents in a very short period of time. I selected this facility after doing an internet search, and have never regretted my decision! I think the best part of this facility is the staff. They are highly professional and very helpful, they know their stuff, and it is clear that they really take the idea of client-centered services to heart! They truly go above and beyond the call of duty, while always maintaining a pleasant disposition. The facility itself is clean and well lit, located in a safe neighborhood close to major highways, has a good security and access system, has great access hours, and has a variety of room sizes. I needed a large room and a medium sized room, and got both with no problem, even on very short notice. The onsite parking lot and huge ground level garage door make it easy to load and unload storage items, and the available moving carts make it easy to do what you have to do efficiently, in as little time as possible, depending on how much stuff you have. Kudos to the Harrision, NJ Extra Space Storage facility! They bailed me out at a critical time of stress and tension, and help like that, especially when you are moving, cannot be beat!

Great experience. First off, theres a big freight elevator readily accessible. I cannot tell you how nice that is if your unit isnt on the first floor. Secondly, when I finally finished clearing out my storage unit, it turned out to be a day after my next payment was charged. I didnt realize this, and without me saying anything, the staff member looked at my account and announced shed give me a refund because it was just one day over. That was just fantastic. The place is also safe, clean, open reasonable hours, and has an attached parking lot with plenty of space. Its a great all around space and Ill definitely turn to it again the next time I need to store stuff.

They are convenient, easy to access, and clean, what else would you want in a storage facility. They have great hours, phones located inside in case of questions when the office is closed. On site parking, your able to purchase supplies right from the office. But I will tell the best thing for me, paying my bill. You can pay in person, online either monthy or automatic, and you can pay over the phone. I get email reminders when my bill is due and a phone call when Im late. They are always friendly regardless if I call the 800 number or the local office.

I was using Extra Space for the past 4 years or so . Staff is very helpful but main problem are their rates. They will give you a rate when you move in and review your rate every 6 months (thats what I was told when called C.S. ) . So the price is average when you move in but after 6 months is over priced .After 4 years my rate was close to a 10X5 everywhere else. The building looks safe and is always clean . Access to building is great with plenty of parking space . Access hours is also a plus .

The experience was awesome, I went in looking for a unit and went in getting exactly what I was looking for. Alejandra was the employee who helped me with everything. She explained everything well and in detail with the whole process being simple, worry free and quick. Im glad I bought the unit and it all took under an hour. Anyone should come here if theyre looking for a unit with reliable employees and great service.

Safe and clean. Elevator is hard to work with. Some individuals do not close the doors behind them leaving it stuck on an upper floor. Most times there were carts available for use. Be prepared for the advertised rates to go up 4-6 months after you sign your agreement. It is within their legal agreement to do so. It would be nice if the rate was steady for at least a year.

i live in Kearny, NJ and recently had to store my grandmothers stuff away cause it couldnt fit in my apt. i was so happy to find out a extra space storage facility that was right in my neighborhood in Harrison. its a great location and great price for the storage i needed. the staff was also very nice and they have great hours.

Excellent place for storage. The facility is always clean and well maintain. The hours of operation can accommodate all different schedules. The staff at this facility are always helpful and they are there for you no matter what your needs are. I recommend the Harrison, N.J. Storage facility to anyone with a storage need.

Such a great place! Right when I walked through the door I can feel the friendly atmosphere. The girl that helped me out was Alejandra. Such a nice girl, very helpful and very friendly.
