This storage facility is a dump. I lost valuable household items because the unit was infested with rodents. In addition, the unit leaked. I stored household items, including two sets of mattresses and they were completely ruined and covered with rodent feces and water stain!! Immediately upon discovering the condition of my unit, I reported it to the management office. I informed them of the condition of my unit and also told them that I was not going to clean out the unit because of my extreme fear of rodents. Management had the audacity to sue me for non-payment!! The only reason my rating is one star is because without giving them a star Im unable to post - trust me they have not earned a star. :( You have been warned ... avoid this place like the plague!!!!

Total rip-off once it changed hands, when it was Lackland they cared for their customers needs and it was inexpensive and they worked with you...I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The upkeep is blah & you overpay for their units.

This place is close to my home so it is convenient to get to whenever I need to grab something. Also having an online account is super easy to make payments and update any information if I cant make it to the office.

I have used this facility for several years . The staff are great and very helpful. It was clean and never had a problem with rodents or bugs. The hours are convenient and overall a great experience.
