This storage facility is the WORST I would give it a negitive 5. First lets just say the have a rat problem that they are very aware of yet fail to mention or take care of. Half of my belongings were ruined. When I brought this to attention and told them I needed more time to pay because I had to have an exterminator come to my home after bringing mice to my house in boxes, the auctioned my unit off without notifying me once. I lost over half of my property including many pictures which they didnt return to me. I reached out to the manager and he failed to answer his phone or return my calls (if they even gave me a correct number) the guy who works at the desk was extremely rude and did not care at all at this huggeee error that they had made. I would not recommend this place if it were the last storage unit on earth.

I have been with this storage facility for a combined total of 16 years since 1998 (Lackland) and now of course Uncle Bobs and have had no problems whatsoever.The place is clean, safe with no worries. I will say that 99% of the time when I call someone always answers the phone and because the facility is huge and rarely I may get an answering machine but they have got back to me at the most 5 to 10 minutes after leaving a message which is outstanding. Because of such an incredible job that they all do I easily rated this company with 5 stars for me hands down, keep up the great work!!

I made an appointment to see Marcos about renting a storage room. He answered all my questions and his assistant Emerson showed me the space. I was not sure what size to rent but luckily Marcos the store manager guided me and recommended the perfect space size. Im very happy I will be renting here from now on. I highly recommend everyone to rent a space in Lifestorage. If you have any questions. Marcos will answer them. Thank you Emerson and Marcos

I actually went to this storage felicity to ask questions about prices etc and a man name Marcos helped me. He was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me the storage units. I was very pleased with his customer service and will consider renting a unit there.

They rarely answer the phone, if you call between 10 and 2 (their office hours) they might answer unless they are on the 2 hour lunch break they take daily.
