I have been in and out in that location for the past five years and I really love the service there. The last time I rented a space was with Ashley. She was very professional and knew exactly what to say to you in order to make you feel at ease. Whenever I have a question I always go to her, and right away she got the answer for me. The day before yesterday, I was about to vacate my unit when Lorena and Steven convinced me to stay by their good advices. Both of them were amazing, by the way they handled the situation. It was not my plan to downgrade to a smaller unit, but they made it happen by their professional expertise. Its so great to have People like Ashley, Lorena and Stephen in this place. They are Professional, Friendly and most importantly they make you feel at Home.

On September 15, I signed two storage room contracts for myself and my mother at the Public Storage on New Clarkstown Road . Ashley, the manager at the front office, was the main reason why we chose this location for our storage. Ashley was courteous, and polite. She answered to all our questions with patience and a friendly smile on her face, making my mother and I feel comfortable and welcomed to this new experience. since then, every time we pay a visit to our storage rooms, Ashley greet us with the same kind and professional manners, making sure that we come in and leave the storage area with a peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this place and tell them that they will definitely be in good hands.

A few weeks ago I was looking for packing boxes. My wife and I are downsizing to a smaller property. Driving I found this location of public storage and encountered the property Manager whos name surprised me, America. America explained in the detail the different packages of packing items that they had available. I bought a few on the spot and returned home with my new knowledge and told my wife what they had available. I ended up going back a few times to buy different packing items that suited each need that we had. From china to my Nanas Antiques, everything got packed thanks to Public storages great selection and the professionalism and patience of America. Thank you!!

We needed the temporary storage when we moved to a new house in July. Ashley, one of the office personnel is very professional and helped us through everything. She has a very pleasant personality and was very patient with our questions and see to it that we are attended. We just closed our account because were slowly settling down in our new house. If a need would come up again, I would definitely use this facility and recommend them to friends and acquaintances. One minor drawback is the busy location, there are times its a little tricky to enter and exit the facility due to the volume of vehicles going back the forth due to the number of stores nearby (Costco, Target etc.).

I have been involved in moving into a new house and have been dealing with Public Storage for all my packing needs. The Manager America has been so professional and helpful in dealing with this very stressful situation. She knows her STUFF and has a wonderful personality. She guided us advising how much of the supplies we need and assisted us in obtaining storage space at the Public Storage facility. I walked in to the office at the Public Storage facility in Spring Valley NY when I was immediately asked if I needed help. Every question I had was answered and explained. I was given a tour of the facility and received an explanation of how the gates worked. Within minutes I knew that this was the place for us so I reserved a 5 x 10 unit. Before I left everything was explained pertaining to our agreement. I would highly recommend Public and the sales person Jay for his careful presentation.

My mother in law rented with the manager ashley this weekend she was so polite and understanding to her needs through this rough time. I appreciate her work ethics in which she showed. She was so quick with the rental process and was so clear to everything that needed to be explained. I really appreciate her understanding. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all those in need because of Ashley`s great customer service. Thanks again ashley we also got a great rate on the unit.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, I was completely clueless. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store associate, Ashley explained everything to me, step by step. She was patient and extremely helpful. I cannot express how much Ashley made me feel appreciated as a customer. The facility is well kept and easy to access. I would highly recommend this location. Ashley was amazing!! Stephen was awesome! I rented in the Spring Valley Clarkstown location for 9 months. Ashley and Stephen were really patient with me and they always made sure I always understood the changes to my account! When I finally found an apartment and wanted to vacate they helped me out and gave me extra time due to my work schedule. Lorena the manager was very understanding took time out to further assist me! I definitely would refer this place!

Today I rented to Stephen and Ashley I have been trying to get a unit with the great Memorial Day special when one became available Ashley called and I came in right away. Stephen showed me the unit and gave me all the benefits of the unit and location. I enjoyed working with both Ashley and Stephen the location is very well lit and clean I would recommend anyone who is in is storage to come now to take advantage if this great sale.

I came in today to rent a unit with my family. Stephen and Ashley showed me the space that would fit my items. The unit was a great price it was only a dollar for the 1st month. Thats a deal I couldnt pass up. I shopped around at a lot of places but the price that they had here at this location stole me away. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs storage the facility was very clean and they were both very friendly.

The dollar for the 1st month was a great deal!! I love how its a month to month no long term rental.
