My neighbor Mr. Abraham asked i publish this review on a great ecperience from your employees. Im finally taking the time out to help him since he does not own or have a laptop. He said he always gets great customer service at the Public Storage on route 59 in Monsey NY. He also said the storage is clean and everything works. He has been renting there for 7 yrs and some months. Although his rent went up he says he can not take his stuff out because theres no where to bring them. Anyways, the other storage place on Airmont is the same price. He prefers Public Storage. Please say Thank you to all the employees at this Public Storage .

Yesterday 10:45 PM I had to write about a pleasant experience I had at this facility a few months back. While helping a friend of mine with a big move after his divorce he asked me to help find a local storage facility to store things in a hurry. The manager there was extremely helpful and made the move painless. I was surprised the costs were so affordable, I always thought it was expensive to store things. I remember the managers name was America, a hard one to forget and she spoke with an accent. But she explained the costs and knew her business very well. I would highly recommend this facility for its low cost and helpful staff.

I rented a storage place in the Muncie location in New York and Im very satisfied I was impressed that they had all these supplies for your storage like boxes promotions and all these bubble wrap and I like that theres a code that you enter when you enter and theres a code that you put when you exit my unit was very clean and I rented the space with the gentleman Frankie who was a nice knowledgeable person thank public storage please recognize this employee I appreciate that.Karen Baptiste Weichert realtors Suffern New York

Had a few bad experiences in the past with storage facilities, but this was far from it. The facility is very clean and in great shape(seen some with problems in the structures before NOT THIS ONE). I initially called and was helped with some questions by the manager America and upon visiting the facility the same person help me. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She answered all my questions. Overall: Price, Cleanliness, staff and the facility exceeded all my expectations..

In monsey storage is great place to renta I will always recomended my first time with question I want there america took cafe of all my question with patient and polite.. the place is clean and have variety for everything need.. she walkme to see which will be my option and even I didnt rent at that time I new if I need it I can always come and be sure she will helpme..America does an excelent.customer service work..I am so glad you have her...

thank you guys so much for all your great service for many years . The manager frank is great he is very helpful and knowledgeable . he also helped us with all the snow that was infront of our unit he went above and beyond for us to get our unit door working properly . I love that the office is always has boxes due to the fact that i am always buying to store books. overall great staff and very clean business area.

Service at this location is very frienldy, and helpful. I was seen by a lady named Lian which directed me through the process answering my every need. I knew nothing about sizes of units and they had boxes and locks on location. I wish there were more receptionists as helpful as the one I encountered at this monsey public storage site. I have been at Public Storage for a number of years, with different managers. America, the present manager, is by far the most pleasant and efficient to work with. She keeps the facility clean and free of litter. She always has a smile on her face and does her best to take care of any problems. Public Storage is fortunate to have such a devoted employee.

I have rented with frankie . It was pleasure renting a space with this young man helped me in everything he could gave me a dolly to make my move in easier. Made sure my belongings would fit or if i could get into a smaller unit which in fact i did and saved 30 dollars a month . Thank you so much frankie you are a great person god bless

I rented a unut st Mibsey Pubkic Storage in Oct. My brother rented here 2 years agi snd he refered me because of the price and the outstsnding service from America. Today i received great service from Franky who took ny payment. This place is alsi very convinient. I do wish that the driveway was more direct. Thankd Mr. JEPPESTOL

Rented here with employee named crystal very nice and great service . The property was very neat and clean unlike some other places i have rented . The manager frank even callrd me up to see if everything was ok with the unit and if i had any question for them. Overall 5 stars thanks guys.

The team in monsey did a great job presenting my space. The girl was very professional and very detailed in going over the whole process. I like that theres a bathroom on site. I also like that i can drive up to my unit. They also have a wide selection of merchandise.

this place is the best .the staff are very nice. the one employee america, makes you feel like your home. the place is clean. great value for the large unit . and it even has a light in it . good hours to get in and out to get your stuff.
