One of the employees is rude but the other was super nice. I dislike that there are no lights inside the actual storage unit. It was explained to me its because there are sprinkler system in the units but with technology these days a solar light, LED light or battery operated light could have been installed. It would have been nice when I went to see the space that I have to bring a padlock. I had to go and come back with a lock or dish out $20-$25 for one of theres. If you rent an apt and there is a rodent problem the owner is responsible to take care of it but if there is a rodent problem at the storage space they are not responsible according to their contract, something I disagree with. Overall I would recommend this place. It would be nice if they had cameras inside the housings where the units are.

So I rented a unit here today after looking for a good place to put my furniture while my apartment is ready. I came in 2 days ago as they were closing and the girl behind the counter was friendly enough to help me. I came back today after shopping around and even though I found a place that was a little cheaper they were extremely dirty and unprofessional. I rather pay the extra $20 for the safety and comfort knowing that I can have piece of mind! Moving is stressful but they made the process a little more peaceful!!!!!! I recommend them to anyone!

The customer service here was amazing and the staff is very nice. The place while not in a good area is very secure and clean.The guy Bryant who helped me move in was very nice and understanding about me not being able to move all my stuff by myself . He helped me move it and made sure I could remember where my unit was. While everyone is there is very nice I recomend asking for Bryant to assist you. He was an outstanding example of courtioseness and respect. This company is one of the best storage facilities I have used.

The customer service here is definitely top notch! Enrique, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and effective. He gave me a great deal and made sure I dont pay extra when I dont have to. He was incredibly friendly and positive and really made my experience here as easy as it could be. I would recommend him and the facility to anyone in need. Definitely will be my first choice whenever Im in need of a storage place.

My boyfriend and I needed a storage unit in a hurry and at a reasonable price . We came to Extra Space Storage after 3 other attempts at other companies, and we immediately wished this was our first stop. Enrique and Tina greeted us with a smile and took care of our needs and offered us the best rates for our situation. I recommend this place to any who needs a great storage place with EXTRAordinary service!!!!

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!! I had my unit about 2 years and my rent we up 4 times. I couldnt wait to leave them!!! and also whatever the price, they dont tell you about the extra 12 to 15 insurance fee....Yes its nice and friendly ppl but your paying tooo much.. all in total for a small space I had from $35 to 47 ended in 2 years 66.00 for the same small unit.. crazy!!!

As soon as I walked up I received great customer service the store manager Enrique provided me with great customer service every step of the way I received information that was greatly needed and I would definitely recommend this if your looking for storage unit in this area or have school in this area or family. All around five stars.

Sue and mario are the greatest most professional nicest people I have ever encountered. They are very helpful and polite Sue counted $300 in quarters for me, even though the store does not take that much change and Mario is so nice and helpful he is the man. This place is awesome. Service always pleasant.
