We downsized from a 10 room house to a 5 room condo and even after having a successful yard sale, had way too much for our new home. The kids didnt want to throw any of their memories away and said "we can use that when we get our own place", so we went to Extra Space Storage and spoke with the manager who helped us decide what size unit we would need and explained everything. What we didnt realize was that we had a lot of leftovers and worried if it would fit in the unit we rented. To our surprise, not only did the furniture fit, but lots of boxes and all our holiday decorations. Weve never had a problem getting in our out of the unit and have to say the experience was easy and convenient. (Kathy & Kevin R)

Superior (adjective) - "of higher grade or quality" / This facility is an illustation of the stated definition with regard to both the site and the customer service. The grounds promote accessibility, cleanliness and security. The same is accompanied by a staff that is consistently friendly and professional. My initial and continued interactions with the store manager, Minelis, are always pleasurable. From the onset, she accommodated my needs, established a trustworthy rapport and strived to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. In sum, Im grateful that I chose ExtraSpace Storage and would highly recommend this location to others!

I was going through a divorce and needed space close by to begin moving out. Extra Space Storage filled that need perfectly, being less than 5 minutes away. I rented a 10x20 along the back wall, and it was an ideal location as well, with plenty of room to back up my van to the door and still allow other vehicles to get by. The facility is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and my dealings with them were pleasant. My situation was temporary; I have since moved my belongings to my new home, and I appreciate that there are such facilities to assist in a situation such as mine. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage .

Great experience with Extra Space Storage. Customer Service is outstanding. My home closing was delayed and I needed a space to store my belongings, I happened to spot Extra Space Storage as I was driving by. I went online and make a reservation (I got a discounted price 20X10 for $155). I received a phone call from the management office to confirm. Next day I stop at the office; didnt take 5 min to process the application (everything was clearly explained, no hidden fees). Their website is very friendly and theyre very advanced in technology. I will come again should needs arise in the future.

Im so pleased Nelli was awesome she helped us she explained everything carefully and nicely we wanted a storage outside but unfortunately they only had inside but we took it anyways and she said dont worry as soon as someone empty one outside I will give you a call and for our luck the next day she told us dont put anything on the storage from inside I have an outside storage available for you Talk about great customer service!!!!!! Great place .. good price for 10x10 .. clean and dry .. no evidence of rodents .. well kept and quick to handle problems .. and though problems do come, they make sure they do what they can to keep prices low, which this location offers the lowest as far as I know .. def recommend! A++ ... have talked myself with the owner ...Hes one of "us" =).

I was helped by Nellie who was outstanding!!!! She showed me several options in terms of units, explained billing and went over and above to make sure I felt secure and happy. She is constantly helpful courteous and professional every time I be interacted with her. I strongly recommend Extra Storage and ask for Nellie!

We could get to the location easily from our Apartment. It was also well priced. We used it for a couple of years. One thing that can be improved in the Access Buttons Reach while going out. A bit far and forces you to get down quite often
