Great people, great location, gated with time accuse so that not just anyone can get in. The staff is willing to help you out with your needs, the have all kinds of packing stuff that really helps with a move. Pat and Hana are the nicest ladys you could ever ask for and the should get an A++ for their customer service skills. This place when you need help to store your belongings my choice, Ive used then twice now when I moved. They have a great move in special and they can you stuff was safe secure and you couldnt ask for better place. The property is well taken care unlike some others Ive seen. So if you have to move your whole house or just get some place to hide the unwanted things in the house, I would get a unit here. I will get another unit here any time I need a place to safe keeping of my things.

The customer service here is a 100% percent. However theres things they leave out like rain seeps threw cracks causing mold to grow on property....also they have roaches when I moved my things into my apartment I seen roaches in my belongings I assumed automatically it was the apartment...but to my surprise when I went back to pick up the last 3 items there was roaches in my unit...when I called office they did nothing but say call insurance they didnt come see for themselves or show any concern...IM VERY UPSET because Ive been paying my storage $159 a month only to leave with roaches an have to throw all me an my kids belongings away..DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH YOUR PROPERTY BEING DAMAGED AN INFESTED

Ive been with Public Storage too long (since 1996) and prices have increased over 100%. However, Ive been dealing with Pat and Hannah (certainly Pat) since Ive had my storage unit. I have found both these young ladies extremely helpful, friendly and curious. Not many people with call you will a reminder that your due date is due - to help you avoid Public Storages $20 late fee, but without fail I get a call for Pat or Hannah whenever theyve realized I havent submitted payment. Not sure if this is company policy or they do it on there own, but Im grateful. My 4 star rating has nothing to do with Pat or Hannah (they get a 5), Im silently protesting the rate increases...I think everything should be five cents!

I have to say the service I received from both Pat and Hannah at Public Storage in Vails Gate, NY was amazing. I have used other storage facilities in the past and not one compares to the service that I received while using Public Storage. I have used this facility on several occasions and will use this location again if the need arises. I am very pleased with the service of this location. I was even called to be informed that I didnt latch my door properly on my last trip in to my unit so I could go in and fix the situation. Again Thank you to Pat at Public Storage in Vails Gate, NY. A place where I always feel safe leaving my belongings.

Ive had a storage unit at this facility for over 5 years and every person I have had contact with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I have rented from many storage facilities over the past 20 years and this facility is by far the friendliest, cleanest, and best maintained one of them all. I have called with questions, or requests of one kind or another and have been called back promptly with answers and helpful suggestions. Both Pat and Hannah are a pleasure to deal with!!! I would recommend this facility without hesitation to anyone considering renting a storage unit.!!!!

Candidly speaking, this was one of the most pleasant interactions that I have ever had with anyone. Pat was beyond tremendous to say the least. She was sincere, thoughtful, engaging, knowledgeable, caring and an overall dynamic person. The latter is putting it quite mildly. Public Storage is genuinely fortunate to have employed such a wonderful individual. I would recommend this location to any and everyone. I thank her endlessly for making an ordinarily trying time that moving creates so pleasant and easy.

I am new to Public Storage and I have to say that I was very impressed with the service from Pat. She helped me and my daughter as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and personable. Everything was set up within about 30 minutes, having the storage space as well as buying boxes to pack our apartment. The next time that I came in, Pat remembered my name and helped me with my boxes and packaging supplies that I needed. So far I am off to a good start and I would recommend others using this facility.

Hannah is efficient and so pleasant to deal with! We arrived with a truck and trailer to unload and were checked in with everything explained in detail in about 15 minutes. We have since come and gone 3 times to add boxes to our unit and it was easy to get in and out the gate and the unit. Very pleased with our choice as the price was very good and the location perfect for us...highly recommend Public Storage in NW and especially Hannah!

When I lived in Orange County a few months ago I visited Public Storage and I have to say that this storage business is very dependable. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been to other places; however, this place beats them all. The staffs, Pat and Hana, are wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to store their personal belongings. The best storage business in NY!

I have mostly been working with Pat at the Vails Gate Public Storage Facility and she has been very efficient and professional over the years. I have had my storage unit in Vails Gate for a long time. My only complaint with Public Storage is the constant price increases and very heavy late payments. Seems a bit absurd for a basically passive service. In these times a price reduction would be a good idea. Susan Quade

I have had a unit for a period of time.. I had not been to the unit for a while but when spring came and i had to get my stuff a huge bee hive had developed in my unit. So i went to the office and spoke to a nice woman named Hana who rushed to the scene with two cans of bee killer to destroy them. I am allergic to bee stings and was grateful to Hana for her help and assistance she is a credit to public storage
