This a great facility, my company has been using this facilty for some time now. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.. Marco the assistant manager is great, you will see him walking the halls of the facility making sure everything is running fine from time to time The facility has numerous loading docks which makes loading and unloading a super quick process unlike other facilities with 1 or 2 loading docks. Brightly lit climate controll units are always a plus One of the best benefits of this facility and I will honestly say that you just cant find anywhere else is the height of the units, the facility has an open ceiling concept which enables you to stack high, I personally have 15 racks in my 2 units. I highly recommend giving Extra Space storage in Central Valley a try, they will not disappoint.

I just recently began renting a storage unit from extra space and so far have been extremely pleased with my investment. The facility is clean, secure, and is always on top of its maintenance and general improvements. The staff has been extremely pleasent to work with. Both Aeron and Kirstin went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured me I made a good investment. As a business owner I appreciated that Aeron genuinely tried to find me the best deal for my storage needs and took a lot of extra time to make sure that I was satisfied with the agreement. All in all extra space is very well managed.

I am so glad that I found this storage space for our local business. I am able to easily load and unload large packages using the facilitys loading docks and their readily available pallet jacks for getting the parcels to and from our unit. Aaron from Extra Space listened to our needs and set us up with a great deal on a larger unit that gives us more value for our money. It is so much easier to operate our daily operations from this centrally located facility right off the thruway. 6 stars if possible!

Weve been using Extra Space since they took over our storage location. The best part of the change over is the new manager. She has always been super friendly, helpful and really has made a difference compared to the staffing prior. The facility it self is clean, well lit and secure. And of course having a climate controlled unit is extremely important no matter what you are keeping. I would recommend using this facility.

Had to get two last minute storage spaces in town. This place had competitive prices and the latest hours open to drop stuff off. Kerri in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was able to get be a better deal then I originally thought. She also took time to walk me through the different sizes and was able to get me two units right across from eachother. Very clean and climate controlled.

What a great facility! Friendly staff and a very nice environment for your stuff. They have very reasonable rates compared to other facilities. They have docks to pull your vehicle up to. Weve used this facility for over 7 years. You will be satisfied by Marcos, Kirsten and Joe. They want your business and treat you with the utmost respect.

Their hours are bad, their site is not very secure, policies in place are ridiculous, for example if your late with your payment by 1 day they charge 20% late fees. Lights in my unit dont work. Management is also worthless here, a computer can do a better job than this guy... just saying SAVE your money and grief and go someplace else

Ive been using Hampshire on and off over the last 5 years - this particular lot is in a very safe area right off of Route 32 - which is convenient for me. If youre looking for a safe, convenient place for storage Hampshire is a safe bet. Just dont forget to make your payment or you forfeit your property after I believe 90 days.
