A+ team managing an A+ facility---I first met Matt in 2014, he was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The building is climate controlled and clean with easy access to the unit. One feels safe going early in the morning or late in the evening. A few months after meeting Matt, I met Bob. Bob is fantastic. He assisted me in locating a different size unit. He was courteous, professional, and took that extra step to make certain I was comfortable with the new space. I would recommend this Extra Space Montville to family and friends.

The facility has always been well kept and clean, and I have never had an issue with parking when I have needed to retrieve any of my items. He understands how to be professional and represent a corporation while making locals feel like they are being taken care of by a family-run business. When I arrived there, the supervisor Matt went out of his way to make sure I had the best storage location to pull my car to. He was nice, well informed, and super helpful. I have been at this facility for several years. Always found the service to be friendly and accommodating. Parking is always available any time of day when going to retrieve items. Its clean and climate controlled for sensitive items needed to be stored. I would recommend to any friend or family member. Great place.
