Clean, secure, and well-maintained storage facility with helpful staff. Note: these are indoor, climate-controlled units, in a secured building - best for household materials rather than garage stuff. I had a great experience renting with them. Its a little tricky to find them - you have to go into the shopping plaza and drive behind the supermarket - but once you do its very easy to load and unload. You can use their truck for move-in for just the price of insurance, and at an hourly rate for move-out that was much cheaper for me than a truck rental. And they sell boxes to tenants for much less money than the office-supply stores. Overall, a great experience.

As a long-time customer, I can say Helen (the assistant manager) is very personable and HELPFUL! I went with Access because the units are inside, secure and truly climate controlled, they let me use their truck, gave me some free boxes, and have access hours that fit my schedule. They offer paperless billing and online bill payment as options. All things considered, 5 stars.

Apartment Rentals
Stay away from this company. Worst customer service. After a box was missing in my unit, I filed the complain. Noone followed up with me. I asked for security cameras and they came up with an answer that the security cameras were replacing so they dont have any record of it. This place is overpriced with the worst customer service
