I have never used a better storage facility! Westy in Chatam is clean, convienient and fairly priced, not to mention the staff there is incredibly nice and outgoing towards its customers. I did not know about Westy until one of my family members told me about it, saying they had used it. They described the experience as easy and effortless when it could have been a very stressful situation. They liked it so much when it came time for the need of more storage space, they went back for a second unit. I helped my grandparents with this move which is where i encountered one employee, John. He was very courteous and helpful with the move in seeing as I had never been there before. I would definetely come back and use Westy myself if I ever have the need for a storage facility close to home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who may need the same!

We recently downsized from a 5 br house to a 3 br apartment and a small summer house. Having a moving company hold our excess items in storage until we figured out the right place for everything would have been very expensive and would not have provided ready access to our items. Friends had recommended Westys and we soon were clients with one large unit. In short order we needed a second and third unit. The staff was very helpful on our move-in days. The complimentary truck rental was terrific. We have since moved much of our stuff out but John was able to offer a small and inexpensive unit for our ongoing storage needs. Moving and storing stuff is not much fun but the staff at Westy and the facility itself made you forget the drudgery of the task. I would not hesitate to recommend Westy in Chatham.

I have been a tenant at the Westys Chatham location for 2 years now and could not be happier with the service and conditions at the facility. Carolyn, Tom and John are always a pleasure to work with but especially so with my recent dilemma. My daughter just arrived home for the summer with her college "stuff" in tow. I called Carolyn immediately to see if I could rent additional storage space so I would not have to deal with a dorm in my living room. Within 2 days everything was tucked away at Westys, not to mention, Carolyn and Tom secured a new space that was conveniently located near my current space....perfect. For those who are looking for a spotless facility with a professional and accommodating staff, Westys is the place to go! E. Lovendahl

I used Westy Self Storage in Chatham, NJ for a temporary place to put some larger items while I was preparing my home for sale. The staff was extremely courteous from beginning. The storage unit was clean and easy to navigate. The rates were reasonable. They also offered many other conveniences such as a truck for self-moving, dollies for transporting into and out of the storage unit. There were even packing supplies for sale for last minute items. I would (and have many times) recommend Westy Self Storage in Chatham to friends, family and clients.

My first time using a storage facility and I am extremely impressed with the condition of the Westy in Chatham facility (lobby as well as my specific storage unit), the security features, the professionalism and effort of the staff (esp. Mary Ellen and Ingrid), and the ease of access (ie hours of operation, large lobby, elevators and storage unit doorway). Unit cost is very good, and you arent locked into a lengthy contract. They also offer packing supplies AND storage unit locks (for those like me who forget to bring one).

I was the first tenant to occupy space in this facility. been there for about three years.searched long and hard to find the right place for my products.no other center came close to what this center offers.It is not only clean and climate controlled but governed by an incredible group of professionals who are extremely pleasant and accomodating. Tom Spina,Carolyn Ryan and John Hurle fit this profile perfectly.I could not be more pleased. In my opinion Westys in Chatham gets an A+ Lenny Garrett

My wife and I used Westy Chatham, NJ location for over a year. At reception we were treated by quick, friendly, and efficient service. The facility itself is spotless. Overall a 5 star experience. Although all the staff was always helpful, of particular note is Melvin. Always with his trademark smile, we were always greeted by name from day 1. No matter how busy, or hectic a day might have been, Melvin was always grace under fire. If you play your cards right he may reveal a great fishing spot in Chatham!

I cant say enough positive words about Westys in Chatham. The team of associates are professional, accomodating, and very attentive to every detail. They ensure your experience at Westys is world class! The facility is terrific, flexible to your needs and spotless. They allow rental of the spacious, air conditioned Westy van at a very fair price along with all of the moving essentials. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and the team of professional, friendly associates!

The Taj Mahal of storage facilities: this is probably the best description for the Westy’s facility in Chatham. I’ve been using Westy’s for personal as well as professional storage since the facility opened. The storage units are clean, quiet and secure. Carolyn, Tom and John have been great to work with and have been very accommodating to our needs. Do the smart thing: take your business to Westy’s! You won’t regret it. – Ray Merritt

I have used this location on two different occasions for short-term storage needs. It is the best storage facility I have ever used. The units are spotless, the facility is spotless and the staff is extremely friendly. They have a lot of useful equipment on hand to make moving easy, and they offer a rental truck for a very low rate when you begin renting a unit. I cant recommend these folks enough.

Westy Chatham is safe, clean, and well-managed. The Westy team is always friendly and willing to assist. It is appropriately busy and there is always plenty of space to be near an automatic doorway to go in and out with their free carts to easily haul large, bulky, and/or heavy items to/from your vehicle. As a 3+ year member of this location, I highly recommend Westy for your storage needs!

Fantastic facility! Mary Ellen and the rest of the staff are great! They offer a half day truck rental for $50.00 - a great value. Very clean & neat. The billing is managed very well with no long term obligation. They also carry packing materials and offer moving services. This place is great. would highly recommend it to anyone.

Storage unit review, getting 5 stars, really? The place is almost surgically clean. Temperature (and humidity) feels like it never varies more than a tiny bit. Theres always someone there to help, and if you have no basement (or one that floods!) This is the next best thing (and close by too!)

We used Westy for several years and have no complaints. Its clean, well-lighted, secure and open at the right times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Weve had other storage units. This was far and away the best. Id recommend it to anyone.
