I had the best experience with Seynabu and Brittany, they both took the time to let me know about the property and the units available. They both asked if I needed boxes told me about the saving and also recommended I use their products because if I bought boxes and didnt need them they have a buy back policy for boxes not used. I felt very comfortable with both of them and all the information that was provided to me. way to go ladies. Made my process very easy and smooth. Truly appreciate your assistance. The public storage units are clean, the office very organized, you will not be sorry if you put your storage here, and they have a sale going on, who doesnt like a sale. Go speak to both of these ladies and you too will be amazed at the place.

The experience with Cinaba, (I am sure I spelled that wrong) was great. She is kind, professional and efficient. She treats you like you have been best friends forever even though you just met. The facility is fine. My suggestion would be to have cart available without having to request them. Since the office closes at 6 and they are locked up, even if requested, someone else may take it before you get there. The one we requested for last night was not there when we arrived. When you have an inside space and are carrying washers and dryers and things like that it is very difficult to have to carry each item not to mention lots of boxes one at a time vs being able to load them. But otherwise, very happy with the service and facility.

Whenever I receive poor customer service, I will ALWAYS remember that there are people that exist that knows how to deliver EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Sean was the representative that helped me phenomenally. He answered all of my 75 questions and guess what, HE DID IT WITH A SMILE!!! He definitely knows his stuff. He even talked me into buying some tape that I dint need.... Overall, the facility was clean and in a great location... You guys deserve 5 stars

I came to public storage in Scotchplains to purchase moving supplies Asia helped me and showed me everything I would need to pack the things im moving.Shes very sweet, was knowledgeable and very helpful she even asked if I needed storage . I dont as now ,but with this great customer service experience I will recommend people who does need storage or supplies to her!!!!!! Service definitely deserves a 5 star I was pleased

I went to six different public storages to find the best place for me to keep my stuff for 2 months. Juan was the most professional, efficient, and nice person who helped me out. He took his time to be extremely patient and gave me price comparison of different units. Cant believe someone can be this professional with helping out his customer. I highly recommend this storage over anywhere else.

On Thursday morning i got unit. I like the place it was calm and wasnt out of place. I met with Gaby and she broke everything down for me explained everything clearly for me and also helped me with the knowledge i would need for this place. Kristin was friendly and kind as we toured the storage space, easily able to answer all of our questions. The facility is tidy and access seems straightforward. Kristin took her time helping us fill out the paperwork and ensured we felt comfortable with all of the information. We are only just moving our belongings today but customer service is top notch here.

Best customer service ever. Girls at the desk Seynabou and Britney was amazing. Very helpful and smiling all the time. Seynabou showed me my unit. She also swept it clean for me to rent it. Seynabou, was highly professional and easy to talk to. I moved out of the area and she let me know my options and reminded me about payments so I wouldnt be charged a late fee. Facilities were always clean and carts were always available. Its rare but I would definitely rate my experience here a full 5 stars and deservedly so.

I had reserved a 5x5 unit online and when I came in to finalize everything, they were already expecting me and I was greeted warmly. Juan was super nice and extremely helpful. He explained all the prices and ins and outs of moving stuff into the unit, payments, etc. Overall a great experience!

Seynabou, the property manager, was very professional in showing us the available spaces and then setting up our account. The storage space and aisles are clean and cool. The humidity in the basement seemed to be well-controlled. Excellent service so far (we havent moved anything in yet).
