Ray, the General Manager at the East Hanover location, provided comprehensive, personable, and efficient service from start to finish. He guided me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and helped me decide which size storage unit would best meet my needs. I submitted an online request for information the night before visiting the facility, and my call was returned the next morning. The location is very easy to navigate, clean, and I really like that I am able to pull up to the unit that I rented. Plus, I am able to drive there in under 5 minutes from my house. Overall, this was a great experience, and Ray really went above and beyond. If there were an option to give him 10 stars, I would! I will definitely be recommending CubeSmart to my family and friends.

We cant say enough positive things about Cube Smart in East Hanover. Ray Baum and Bob LaValley, Senior Manager and Manager at this location, are very sincere about their jobs and it shows. We used this location for three years, and during that time, we never had a problem with the physical unit, billing, or anything. Check around, call for rates, and also check on service and safety. Using this location will be the best thing you could do. NEVER, during the past three years were we ever concerned about our storage unit. During heavy rains, or snow, it never leaked. The only reason we emptied our unit is because we are moving out of state.

Danielle was really pleasant to speak with and has a great personality for the work she does (Customer Service). She was patient, explained everything you needed to know about the Unit(s) and answered all my questions. "So you know she was busy for a little while" LOL. She took me for a ride on the golf cart to see my unit and explained all the ins/outs. Remembered me through my son who was there the day before speaking with her. That was impressive, shows true dedication and focus for her position. Thank you Danielle Im sure Ill see you on my travels back and forth....;)

Ive rented from other storage units in the past; however, Cube Smart staff at this location go above and beyond to help you. I had the pleasure to work with Daniele as my store manager. She was very informative and helpful when it came to accommodation my needs. I love it that this location allow you to rent their truck, for a reasonable price, cheaper than any other renting place by far. This location gets a perfect score from me, five stars. If I have to ever rent storage again, this is the spot that I will go to.

The managers were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We found the unit to be in excellent condition. I am storing paintings and feel confident that they are in a safe and climate controlled environment. The cubes are easy access which was one of my priorities since I may need to remove some pieces for exhibition from time to time. We also used the truck which was in good condition and worked out very well for us. I highly recommend CubeSmart, East Hanover for anyone with storage needs.

Love love this facility, Danielle is fantastic...I moved out of my exs place and had nothing but a 24 truck full of my life...Danielle worked with me in getting me set up and continuing to assist me in my needs of storage as I tried to move from one to another....nothing helps a difficult situation more than patience experience and a real ability to do you job well...that is what I encountered with Danielle and the facility on Littell Road...great

Events- Destination JUMP!

I have been with Cube Smart for many years. I am continually impressed by staff members. However, I have never had such a quality experience as when dealing with Danielle. I rented the truck from the facility and she took me through the whole process-offering me whatever I needed. This wasnt "fake" customer service-she really cared if I was OK. Its people like her that give hope to the world!

Im only 24 years old never done any moving of my own or rent a unit. I went in to get a unit and I was very unsure of what unit to get the lady there took me to see some unit even went back to to units 2 times till I picked the right one. Everyone there is so nice every time is go in. And one thing the was a big plus for for me was that I was able to rent a truck for free!!!!
