Rented a unit with my cousin today for her dorm room items during the summer and some things of mine. The whole process was quick and thorough. James is the manager there and welcomed us when we came in and gave us bottles of water to cool off from packing and moving all day. He showed us the storage and explained everything in detail, even including how to make sure the lock is properly put on. Apparently, some people do not lock their doors properly, but it was important for him to explain how this can happen. He even suggested something to keep the space dry to prevent our clothes and tv from getting ruined by humidity. He really cares about the people he deals with and I feel safe knowing he is in charge of the place were keeping our things. My cousin and I recommend this location and James if you need storage. P.S. Congrats James on you and your wife expecting!

My mother and I have been tenants in thus storage facility for the passed year. We have only dealt with the property manager, Lian. She is the most professional and pleasant person that has worked here. She has been nothi ng but helpful with us. We had plenty of issues with our unit. My mom had spoken to a Lorena, who apparently is the Regional manager. We are still trying to figure out how this woman is even allowed to de al with people. My mom and I are both business owners. I cant imagine treati ng people in such a way when there is an issue pertaining to something that we pay $140 per month. Anyways, more people in this world should be as professional and personable as Lian. She is the only reason why we have not vacated fron this particularl location.

Bait & Switch!!! What lease is only good for 6 months!!!!!! They lure you in with a great rate but then at month 6 they jack up your rent so you are SCREWED!! Not much choice, what are you going to do scramble to find another place, get a truck and move out all of your stuff in 5 days? (Because thats the grace period they "give" you to get out -so if not out by then you are charged a daily prorated amount based on the new rate!!) so knowing you are not likely going to be able get organized in time to move out- you are stuck paying the new rate!!! All that money you thought youd save because of that "great deal" HA what a joke!! They make it back 10x with the new higher rent!! Find another place to store your stuff!!!!!

Met with James on 4/17/17 to view my available options regarding storage unit sizes available. James was a pleasure to deal with. He was waiting for us at our scheduled appointment time, and he was courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us in detail, regarding the contract, and available insurance. I could not be happier with the service. Thank you James, its not to often these days that you find people who take pride in what they do, and do their job as well as you. PS: My wife and I after a long trip from our home in Pa ate lunch at Anthonys Italian Restaurant across from Public Storage, which James recommended, and it was fantastic

Paid for "secure" storage but for 8 months out of 12 the outdoor security camera was pointed at the sky and the access door was wide open or broken or unsecured (no pass code required!). Complaints yielded no results and were met with "parts are on order" or some other excuse. Could not safely access my storage unit, especially after dark. The concrete floor of my unit was not flat or smooth which caused carts and dollies to bounce & teeter. Very dusty inside the unit. Be sure to make your final payment on time as auto-pay expires when you give your move out date. This cost me a $50 late fee. Scarcity of rolling carts makes busy times a challenge.

My husband and I went to Public Storage on a Sunday 15 minutes before closing and Kaitlyn was taking care of another customer. She asked if we could wait untill she was done. Then instead of saying she only had time to answer questions no she took care of us we were able to rent a storage space. She was VERY helpful, patient and cooperative. We are very happy with her serves.And on our way out there was someone that wanted to make a payment and she let her in. So needless to say she worked past her closing time with a smile on her face as if it were 3:00 in the afternoon. Wish everyone were as pleasant as Kaitlyn was.

Just came home from renting out a storage for the first time ever!! Not only was I given the best price in the local area but my sales representative Allison was a complete doll! I rescheduled and was late to my reservation and she accommodated me to fulfill my needs as a customer without never once being unpleasant about it. (They close at 6pm I arrived at about 5:40pm) she made sure she showed me everything I needed to know and did not rush ! I must say this was one of the most pleasant encounters Ive ever dealt with as a consumer!! If Allisons Boss is reading this; she definitely is an asset to your company!!!

The facility very well kept. I was there on April 29th and the manager there was amazing. I forgot her name but shes the carrbean lady. While she was busy accommodating a very one, there was a very rude guy there who at some point told this lady he doesnt want to deal with her kind. As ignorant as that may sound she kept her cool and ignored his comment and did her job. So the guy who was in the black benz with your wife and kept giving her a hard time and making that racial comments shame on you! I will definitely use this storage again. Keep up the good work and customer service.

Went to public storage a few days ago to pay my mother bill with her and the door was locked with a set return time but a woman came to the door and stated that she was on lunch but was still was willing to help us. I told her to enjoy her lunch and we will be right back. She said that she will be returning soon so she do not mind.... Thats what Im talking about great customer services Tina is definitely a employee who seems to go above and beyond for her customers thanks alot we really appreciated it

Christopher helped me out with my first storage unit today and it was a more than pleasant experience. He was very patient, informative and friendly as he showed me my different unit options and went over my contract. The unit that Christopher set me up with was very clean and met all of my storage needs, and he even sold me on a lock and a few boxes to make this process even easier. He was great and I will definitely be recommending this facility in the future to any one that I know in need of one.

Rented a space with my parents. We didnt have any idea what size we needed but Christian went through a list of everything we had and set us up with a unit that fit us perfectly. Were very thankful that he took the time to help us so now we wont have to worry when our movers get here. Both employees were very helpful and over all it was a pleasant experience. They definitely made storing my stuff far less stressful than I thought it would be!
