I rented here for two months and wanted to share my experience. Joe was helpful at the counter and i used varsity movers. Moving had been the worst experience i have had to go through this year and it was a last minute move with no time to prepare. Joe helped me calm down and focus on what i needed to pack my home and make my move faster and easier. He told me what boxes i needed and i used every one of them. It helped me get my things out together with a lot less stress. I couldnt have done it without him. Thank you Joe i really appreciate all your help.

Joe, the Public Storage customer service rep at this facility, could not have been more professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He handled a complicate lease contract without once becoming frustrated or flustered. Joe remained polite and calm throughout, answering all of my questions, and seeing the job through to completion. I hope Public Storage knows what an excellent employee he is, and how very rare that is in this day and age. They should use him as the model in their employee training videos.

In the last few years Ive had a few different accounts with Public Storage in Middletown and Tinton Falls, and now Jackson. This location has been head and shoulders above the others. Clean, quiet, friendly. Joe made my move in seamless and has gone out of his way to be helpful a handful of times. The property is clean and safe, but what makes me feel even better, is the number of times I see Joe walking the lot doing routine security checks while Ive been accessing my unit. Its a great spot. Thanks Joe!!

Do NOT store your things here! We paid top dollar for a climate controlled unit, to have their AC leak all over our furniture. It is now full of mold and useless. Nobody will return our calls to resolve the problem. We were told that their malfunctioning equipment was our problem not theirs and to call our insurance. Just stand outside the buildings for a few moments before entering and youll notice it wreaks of mold.

For me this storage area was close to my home. The place is very clean, but I have questions about how secure the area is, I see no cameras around and the place backs up to the woods. Ive rented a unit for about 3 years now and have had my rental fee raised two times. Getting a little to expensive to stay here and will be looking for other options soon.

My niece Kassie who works at brick and Bayville public storage referred me to Joe back when I was in Florida. It was so convenient for me because I was moving to Jackson. She said very nice things about Joe and that I would feel my items are safe there. Well I rented with Joe this past week and he was excellent. Very nice guy, great customer service.

I came in to get some boxes, but Joe was so knowledgeable and personable that I couldnt help but rent a unit while I was on the property. He helped me find the size unit that works for me at a much better price than I expected, and took a load off my mind in the process. Id recommend Joe and this facility to anyone.

Good experience and the sales rep was nice. Wish I would get a discount for having two unit in the facility or at least waive the admin fee. Did not know I needed insurance on the unit -- so may bill that I thought would be $128/mo comes to almost $145 They really need to get a truck too...even if its to rent.

This is the place you should go when looking to store! Between the cleanliness and the prices I would recommend public storage to anyone in need of a place to put thier things while moving. The staff is great and Kelly made renting a storage unit one of the easier things to do while in the process of moving.
