My Parents have been renting a unit from this facility since it opened in 1994. What I love about this place would take too long to write so Ill share the positive points of which they all are. The entire establishment is always clean even after some people are rude enough to dump their garbage all over the property. Then the hard working Property Managers are responsible to discard it. There is one manager is particular that I must mention. JOHN. John is the absolute most responsible young adult in addition to my own son that Ive ever met.. John takes the responsibility to fix and or repair things on the property that help save us money. Myself being a stock holder in PSA ( Public Stoarge ) am extremely proud and elated to have JOHN at this property as hes all hands on. Nothing gets by JOHN. Infact, both JOHN and I caught an individual living in and on the property for months. After several months we removed him when we caught in the place sleeping. Back to JOHN. Greatest most responsible person. In addition, we have fairly new District Manager named Jim. Prior to Jim it took forever for repairs to get done. Now, Jim signs off on the repair order and things get repaired and work great. I strongly suggest that any person looking for a storage unit to check out Public Storage. JOHN, keep up the great work. I recently visited this storage facility to look for a large enough storage unit to fit most of my household belongings, as I am moving in the very near future. The store manager, Heather, was an absolute pleasure in helping me find my unit. This was my first time using a storage and I had absolutely no idea what to look for in a unit. Heather helped me every step of the way in finding what I needed. She was so knowledgable about everything in her store from the actual unit, to the security system, to the merchandise that would be suit me in making my move easier that there was no reason for me not to rent then and there (which I did). Her co-worker, Jazz, was also super helpful and always had a smile her face. Both women made my experience looking for storage a lot easier than I could imagine. Because of my great experience, I will definitely be telling my friends and family to come to this storage facility to meet Heather and Jazz because I know how well they will be taken care of!

John was an amazing help to my mother and I on November 2, 2014. We spent ab 2.5 hrs with him trying to find a right fit for me with one of Publics storage units. He was super personable, professional and accommodating. He even offered us water after spending so much of his time with us. My mother has been with this publics for several years and has only ever spoken highly of the staff in Oldbridge (across the hwy from the old Oasis dealership) and I was definitely not disappointed with the service. I was even more impressed with the hospitable follow up call Jessica made to my mother to make sure our experience was great. They have found a long time customer in me! I certainly recommend to anyone who is looking to make a little room in their homes and feel safe leaving their valuables in a reputable place.

I arrived from California to find out that the storage unit that I had reserved in advance had a lock on it from a "previous customer". The girl working that day, her name is Jasmine. She did her best to resolve the situation. She needed to call Heather, the Site Manager, so that she could give me someone elses reserved unit. This isnt the typical way of doing things, but she had no other choice. I reserved the unit in ADVANCE and I had arrived from a LONG trip from California. I NEEDED a unit THAT DAY. Jasmine made it happen. I only put an "Its Okay" because of the mishap with another customer having a lock on the Unit that I reserved. Things like this shouldnt happen if there is a regular unit & lock check in process. Especially before a new customer is arriving!

Came into public storage without knowing what to expect, and I was in a jam and needed a place to store my goods ASAP. I dealt with the property manager, Heather, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight. She not only helped me get the space I needed the same day (without a reservation! what!!??) but she advised me how to utilize the space I got to so I got the most bang for my buck! Thanks to Heather at the old bridge public storage my stuff was indoors climate controlled and safe and sound for the few months I was between houses. Id recommend this location and my buddy Heather to anyone looking for storage!

I had a reservation at Morganville and accidently went to the Old Bridge location and the two ladies helped me with directions to get to Morganville. When I went to Morganville Melinda was a great help, I asked her a few questions about the Old bridge property to see if they had a space for me there because it was more convenient for me. When I came back to the Old Bridge store Elyssa and Amanda greeted me again once I walked through the door. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the service they provided me. Definitely recommend coming here if you need storage. Thank you Elyssa and Amanda

I stopped in to inquire about storage for myself and I was so very well taken care of by a very professional woman, I asked about rates, spaces and she was so amazing because before I could even think about what I needed versus what I want in respect to storing my sentimental stuff, she knew exactly how to help me. Ive met someone that is a valued member of your staff and I want to say thank you for personally taking care of my needs, pls give all the credit to a young experienced woman named Elizabeth. There are plenty of places you can go to store your old, unused belongings in order to avoid clutter. My advice is to stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. If there was a way to give ZERO stars, thats what Id do. Service is horrible and for some reason, they can never give you the information you need unless you "come down to the property." Bottom line.... Avoid this place like the plague and take your stuff to any of the other 200 storage places in the 5 mile radius...

Employee was nothing but rude to me and my friend that has been there for almost a year. The bathrooms are DISCUSTING the gate that is supposed to lock never worked. You could actually push the gate open and closed, they sometimes left the gate open for days at a time. They kept increasing our rent. I would not recommend ANY public storage location to anyone. LIFE STORAGE is 50x better the staff is amazing along with the top of the line security features and gates that actually work.

She was very friendly and had a smile while helping me which was a great asset to see now a days.she also assisted me in getting the supplies i needed to protect my items very good customer service its rare to see that now a days also very happy with the service that I received while I was getting my unit in Old Bridge will recommend to friends and family
