You can probably use it but you got to double check everything. I recently had a bad experience with public storage: - Bad Reservation System: Made a 7-day reservation over the phone. The next day, I got a phone call and was told units would be sold out if I could not move in within 3 days. This turned out to be a lie because I made another reservation 3 days later through their website and there were plenty of units available. - Bad Reservation Again: 2 days after I made the online reservation, they called me again and said the unit I reserved was taken but I could get another unit with the same size for a higher price. Their explanation is the reservation does not hold anything. Thank god hotels and car rentals do not follow this rule. Anyway I said yes. - Different Price at the Premise: When I drove a truck of stuff to the storage, things changed again. I was asked to pay more because they calculate the total in a different way: first day to the end of the calendar day based on daily rate, second calendar month $1, third calendar month, you pay a whole month no matter how many days you use. This is the most complicated (ridiculous) system Ive ever seen. Its not a matter of money, I feel they are just trying their best to confuse their customers. - Bad Service: The manager was aggressive and kept blaming me that I didnt double check everything, even though I told her I did. When I said they should have put the price policy online or somewhere, she got angry and said it was not necessary. I have to agree it is not necessary for them, but definitely necessary for customers. When I decided to leave, she told me that I wasted her time. It was the worst service Ive seen. I would have used it if they told me the truth at the beginning. Finally I walked away. Yes, I spent a little more time to find another storage but I was not willing to work with Public Storage who kept giving surprises. Who knows what they would do later if I moved in!

I did not have good experience with Public Storage in Morganville, NJ. I rented space at this location for approximately 5-6 months. Heres why….. 1) Not Enough Carts - On many occasions, there was only one small rusty cart that was made available for the property. Also, the handle for the rusty cart wasnt properly secured and I almost injured myself one occasion since the handle came off while trying to use it. After I sent a note to their corporate office, a few weeks later they added more carts. 2) I frequently found nails adjacent to the building where I rented space. I even told management about the issue, it didnt seem to help. I dont think anyone sweeps the property for nails. Thankfully, I never got a flat tire. 3) The front door to the storage building does not stay open. The door to the building has a magnet on it to keep it open but it was always broken. The only to keep the bulding door open was to take an orange road cone (its kept in a pothole near the building that they never repaired) to wedge the door open 4) I bought moving boxes and they were NOT returnable, even though I was told that I could return them!! I had unused boxes and tried to return them but the rep at the front desk would not take them back. I called corporate office to complain and they said that the district manager would call me in order to assist and guess what….they never called me. Its now been over a month and still no calls. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a place to store your property, I would suggest looking for a better managed facility.

Ive stored with public storage before and recently my friend needed a storage unit. So I took a ride to the public storage in morganville to see what units were available. Once we got there, Jessica was very friendly and professional. she showed us different sized units and answered any of the questions that we had. The facility was very clean and well-lit. Ive always had great experiences with public storage, thats why I always recommend them to my friends and family.

What is there not to like about it? Convenient location, an AMAZING STAFF! One day I was in such a hurry I left my unit open. Even though they are behind security gates and have 24-hour surveillance, you never know, but, Jessica was on duty that day and while out, she noticed I forgot to close my unit and closed it for me! What a relief it was because I was already an hour and a half away from Public Storage and she saved me a lot of anxiety! I highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. That immediately put me at ease as Ive never rented a storage unit before. Melinda is the epitome of great customer service and is a rarity in this business. She was helpful and informative. I asked for a unit with my lucky number and she pleasantly obliged. The transaction was quick and I was on my way. Overall a really great first impression and experience.

I moved to the area from New York and decided to go with Public Storage. They were reasonably priced and close to where I was moving. The fact that they have a month to month contract and I wasnt locked into anything was a HUGE plus. This was my first time ever storing and the gentleman Tim was very polite and helpful explaining everything and answering every question I had. I will be recommending Public Storage to others.

I went into public storage to find a few boxes I needed. Melinda was very kind and helpful in finding me exactly what I needed. She even showed me around the facility just in case I needed storage and the property is clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to other peoplease looking for anything as small as packing equipment or as bis as storage.

I recently visited Public Storage at 60 Route 9N to look at small storage units. I was impressed by the quality of service provided by Taryn. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was also very friendly and helpful. I ultimately ended up not needing a storage unit after all, but I highly recommend Taryn to anyone who is looking for guidance with storage unit rentals.

Great experience and really easy to accomplish exactly what I accomplished. The manager there Jessica was easy to work with and a pleasure to communicate what I was looking for. I needed to rent a unit it took me no more than 10 minutes to see the unit fill out the paperwork and be done. I recommend using this facilities to anyone who needs storage space

Stopped into this location with my dad on Monday we received great service from Andre, we rented here instead of uhaul down the street Andres service is what made the difference in us renting here. He actually showed us a space. Unlike uhaul. Will recommend his location any day. Great service all around the board. Ps. I never write reviews.
