The lady at the call center (Jess) was so enthusiastic and friendly - Ive never been more delighted by a customer service rep! Scott and Joanne were very personable as well. Scott even helped me move a box into my storage unit because it was too heavy for me to lift myself. The day after I dropped my items off, I received a phone call from Joanne because she had seen a YouTube video instructing viewers how to pick the type of combination lock I had on my garage. I immediately switched out my lock for a more secure one. Thank goodness she got a hold of me before I moved out of the state! The only aspect of my service that surprised me was the mandatory $10/month insurance charge that was not disclosed over the phone. I went into the office expecting to pay one price, and was therefore met with sticker shock. On the whole though, I was extremely pleased with my experience at Extra Space, and would happily use the service again.

What would if the garage door wouldnt lift and the company refused to reinburse you for when you didnt have access to your unit? What would you do if you had a lot of water damage? What would you do if you give the unit key so they can fix your light and a week later you are told "I was busy and didnt get a chance to do it" ? What would you do if the water problem that was going to be fixed but there ended up being more water damage of articles you wrote, which probably cant be replaced & you took pictures of extensive leaks showing internal rust indicating a long term problem. What would you do if there wasnt even an offer to switch to another unit? Called corporate and received no help/ no call back. They just said "some managers are sticklers and dont reinburse anything" When there were no problems this place was convient but with problems AVOID THIS PLACE!

Just rented space. Everyone there was extremely helpful and nice. Joann, Debbi and Jason helped me through the process. I had been there several times since I was unsure to what I needed. They were so helpful in working through these with me. Very friendly and trying to find the best situation. I appreciated the time spent with me and the recommendations. I already moved some items in and feel this will be a great place to leave items and revisit when needed. Will come back for a review in a few months. I was also able to purchase a great lock and mattress covers at a reasonable price which saved me time running around. Thanks for your help. I look forward to seeing the staff. Very welcoming.

This is actually my second time using this facility and just like my first time, I have nothing but good things to say about the service, the helpfulness with answering question and concerns, the cleanliness and on how the facility is maintained. The only thing I would like to see added is to have 24 hour access. I perform at parties on the weekends so to be able to return any gear that I have after an event which usually end well after midnight would make things much more convenient. Other than that, Ive had nothing but good experiences and would definitely use again if the need arises.

We are still tenants and very happy that Joann and Debbie are here. They are always there to help and listen, no matter what. They are very We have been here since 1996 when it was Stow the original owner. Since then there have been a lot of changes and people. I am happy to say that since 2008 when Joann became manager things have been taking care of. She is always ready to help out with a problem or and issue, both Joan and Debbie. We are not just a renter we are a family I dont know what we would do without Joann. She is a very caring person and tries to help any way she can.

My fiance has had a storage locker for over a year now and she has absolutely no problems at all with her location in Cranbury NJ. From time to time I store a few things there and i have to say it is a very easy process from start to finish. The whole area seems pretty secure so we have no worries about any thefts occuring. We are planning on moving to another house soon and we will probably be upgrading to a bigger unit and i have no doubt that we will stay with Extra Space Storage. I have, and would tell more of my friends about our excellent experience at our storage facilitiy.

Great Experience! My fiancee and I had a couch we needed to store last minute so we called up Extra Space Storage and were able to get a unit within an hour from our phone call! Bill Bunting was a great help. We originally received a 5x10 unit, but the entrance was too narrow so Bill was able to bring us to another 5x10 unit with a wider opening. He was very kind about the whole process and truly wanted to make sure our couch fit. We also received a promotion they were running for our 1st month free!! The entire place is very well kept and clean as a whistle. Highly recommended.

I had moved to this facility a few months ago from Monmouth Junction facility because of change in my requirements for storage. I was pleasantly surprised to find Joann the manager and her assistant Scott were as friendly and welcoming as the staff at the other facility from where I moved from.. Both are very friendly and always eager to help. I have already reffered two of my friends who have rented three units and are also very happy..The facility is very clean and easily accessible from two sides on route 130 and is very close to new jersey turnpike.

The new satellite location of this Extra Space Facility affords you the convenience of quiet, self-paced utilization while at the same time providing the added ease of drive-in loading and unloading. Works extremely well in inclement weather and hours of darkness. Very safe, secure and well maintained. Management and office personnel very helpful in assisting with providing information and directions if you are new to the area. I really cant add much to the other reviews, they said it all as to how great their overall experience was where you sometimes wonder if good customer service is a thing of the past.. The managers Joann and Debbie were a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond my expectations and showing how good customer service is still alive. I cant say enough how much they were able to work with me by using their expertise and follow through on any of my concerns. Thank you very much for great customer service.

If you are looking for a clean, professional, and secure place to store your belongings look no further then ExtraSpace Storage. My husband and I rented in Cranbury and could not be happier with the service we received. Ask for Joann she was terrific. We had no idea what size we needed she help us figure it all out. She worked within our budget and followed up with us all the way. Thanks Joann for making it so easy. Glad to see the company places a high value on Customer Service. This is a winning team.
