Started off great... They promised Id never have a rate hike (get it in writing).. this place will lie to your face like it is their job!! Two hikes later including one they NEVER infomed me about so they could give me late fees when i was paying on time via check (3 months in advance mind you), i decided it was time to move out after over 3 years!! They kept the same rate for over two years but raised rated 2x in the span of 5 months and said "they just couldnt keep me at the introductary rate and the promise they gave me at sign up wasnt in writing" Lucky for them I was accross the country as as soon as i returned i was gone." Heres the kicker they promised to call me within 24 hours once i told them i was moving out in order to rectify the situation.... GUESS WHAT.. no phone call... not a surprise. They told me about the rate hike they called me "six times and left messages" guess what NO MESSAGES no miseed calls.... My suggestion.... get EVERYTHING in writing do NOT let them scam you.... shop around once they jack up the rates they are not even close to being competetive to other storage places!! Happy hunting!!

Great Facility! Great Rates! Excellent Customer Service! Patty is a pleasure to deal with. Ive been there for quite a few years. I plan on being there for as long as I need to store my belongings. I would definitely recommend The Storage Inn to everyone!!!

Wendy in the office treated us so nice, I think she is the kindest and most compassionate person Ive met. It feels like they really care about providing excellent customer service. The free truck rental for a day was such a huge help for our family.
