About sixteen months ago my wife and I were headed to our Florida home for the winter... while we were about to board the Auto-Train we received a call from our realtor that our EHT home suddenly sold and settlement was scheduled in thirty days. We flew home and began the process of emptying our three thousand foot home...after search online then visiting five or six storage centers we selected Extra Space Storage on the BHP. Allen and Kim could not have been more helpful. We were provided a truck as well as a ten by twenty environmentally controlled storage space. The space provided four access doors to our unit, we found it completely dry and clean. The complex provided the highest level of securit that included the peace of mind knowing Allen and Kim lived on the premises and only a phone call away. Due to a Northeaster on our scheduled moving day, they extended our stay another day without charge. One more important detail... none of the other options we researched could be the value and customer service... I would recommend them without reservations... Thanks again for all that you did for us...

I was looking for a medium sized storage unit, happened to drive by this particular location and was so happy I did. The customer service was beyond impecciable from the moment we walked in the door, during the walk through and also while registering for the unit. The spaces were clean, are easy to access and the two owners are wealth of information and extraordinarily courteous (which, honestly, made the biggest difference in my choice). They offered great knowledge when it came to me deciding the size that I would need storage space and I am very happy with my decision.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and everything went smoothly and easily from start to finish. Kim was very prompt in calling to see if I had any questions after I reserved a unit online, and Allen made the leasing process quick and pleasant while reviewing all pertinent information. Had to get storage space today, literally a last minute thing. First time ever renting storage space. Allen and Kim were so helpful, gave useful information with utilizing space and other great tips. Clean facility and clean units. Feel very safe to go by myself. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing a place to store their belongings.

Easily made a reservation after hours via telephone, and had a quick and easy registration early the next morning. The unit and the facility were very clean. Everyone was very accommodating. Great staff!!! Kim and Allen are very friendly and make this place welcoming . This location is very clean and well kept. I have rented both a 5×10 and 10×15 unit with no water or security issue for over a year. The storage units are easy to access and the auto-pay option with email alert works great.

It was my first time moving and never had a storage unit. The rental truck was a very good plus and the prices were best around. I even got a second unit. Allen and Kim are so nice. The units and office are very clean. Feel safe knowing my belongings are stored there. Great security.

My experience with this facility has been great. Gated storage units with fantastic access hours. The folks who run it have always been helpful and accommodating. Units are clean and a good variety are available. Im not sure how competitive the pricing is. Highly recommended.
