I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location, was looking for a good storage facility close enough to my business due to the holiday order rush needed quick space to store some extra inventory, visited this location and fell in love with the largest size storage unit they had to offer, had received a great service from the facilities Manager Toshaa who immediately engaged me with a very warm welcome and tried to understand my storage needs and worked with in securing the appropriate unit.....Thanks Public storage and the helpful manager Toshaa for the great service. will definitely recommend to friends and family.

There are many storage locations in the same area but none like the North Brunswick location on How Lane, I have been using this facility to store my belongings faithfully for years . Toshaa is my favorite staff member in there due to her professionalism & amount of knowledge she has, she is so passionate about her job you would think she owns this storage . Overall i am very satisfied & will always use this public storage location. If you are in the area & looking to store your belongings come to this Public Storage location its the best hands down.

My experience with Public Storage has been amazing. I initially came to the facility on a day where their was no power and Toshaa was still able to answer questions and was really kind. I came back 2 days later and had the pleasure of working with Melinda who explained everything in detail and was patient. Melinda even took the time out to fight with the packaging from the lock I purchased from another company, bad move. Anyway if you want to come to a storage facility thats professional, safe and pleasant, Public Storage is your place.

Andre who is the site manager was very nice and was super willing to help us out. My friend was renting a unit that was more than enough space then what she had needed. We asked him to please see a 10x10 unit. We wanted to move from a 10x15 to a 10x10, but only if we were able to fit everything within the 10x10 unit. My friend and I were extremely happy of the OUTSTANDING customer service that he had provided to my friend and I. Andre definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

She explained everything to me clearly and she helped me tremendously by showing the best options for me. Honestly, I had no knowledge about renting an unit and she made me feel really comfortable. Ive used to rent a lot of storage units in NYS, Long Island and NJ. But renting a unit from this particular location was the best Storage experience ever. Id like to say "Thank you very much!" one more time to Toshaa, who not only helped me on every step of the transaction in highly professional manner but also made my day back after ridiculous same day experience at another (not Public storage but competitors) storage location.

As a first timer getting a public storage, and moving from Philadelphia, there were a lot of things i didnt know that were not going as planned. I went in person and Andre (property manager) was able to assist me very timely and was able to resolve all my issues even though i showed up one hr late for my appointment. Extremely happy at how easy he made the whole process! Definitely would recommend working with him!!:)

Came to Get a unit at public storage was help by Amanda was very nice and helpful she spoke Spanish which helped me a lot felt more comfortable property very nice and clean and she help me get the right size at best price and she also helped me get the packing supplies that I needed and she was knowledgeable about all the size spaces and the merchandise will recommend to my friends and family

Not happy with them at all. Was told one thing about pricing & my bill when started, then a month later it changed. The employees say they will call you back and they never do. They also say they will do something and it never happens, even after spekkng with manager. Thank the lord its only a few months, if I knew about this prior to moving in, I wouldve never done it.

Andre Today I came to get a storage and I dealt with a very nice young guy. He was very on point with his job function. He was friendly and made sure I was well aware of the fees and the units. I havent been to many places where ppl are friendly, accurate with their job descriptions, and made me comfortable to be a tenant. I appreciate him so much. Thank you.

Emily was FANTASTIC. Came in today to get a storage unit because we are moving and have a 3 week layover. Emily was quick attentive and extremely personable. She mentioned she traveled from jersey city and shed be there temporarily but I wish she was there forever ! We were in and out in no time, and she had answers to questions I didnt even have yet !

This was my first time placing my items in a storage unit and quite frankly I didnt really feel comfortable doing that. When I first walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and my helper, Debbie, was excellent at calming my fears. I would recommend this storage service to anyone! Walked into public storage in need of a unit. Nita and Andre great people. Great personality I didnt understand how they have to share one computer while there where 4 people in the office and 2 associates. We had to wait while they processed out another customer 20-30 min Not good get them another computer but thanks guys highly recommended
