2016: This is my first time renting storage space. It was quick and painless. Maria was very helpful and professional. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience very positive. The place was well lit and clean. It is nice to have the extra headroom in the storage space. Based on my experience, I recommend them. UPDATE (2017): I no longer need the storage, so I cancelled my contract. The process was very easy to do. Once again, I highly recommend this Cubesmart Somerset location. During the year that I used them, the place was well lit, clean, and the staff always helpful. Special thanks to Carrie Russo for helping me with the cancelation. If I ever need storage again, Ill come right back here.

As a customer I believe that since the management has been in place things are alot better. The 2 young ladies that work there are always pleasant and willing to help you with anything. I get a friendly reminder call and email to remind me of my payment to avoid getting a late fee. How many other places do that?!! I dont understand what the other person who wrote that nasty review is talking about. I do know that since the new team has taken over things have gotten back on the right track the way a business is suppose to be ran, not the cutomers running it and paying what they want to pay when they want. I have referred a few people to United Storage and they are happy too.

Patrick, (the old manager), is no longer there and the person/ people running the place are not half as friendly, personable or knowledgeable as the old staff. The prices have changed, SIGNIFICANTLY, and often I find my bill is incorrect. When I pointed out the error, (two months in a row I was charged the new rate), it was as if I asked them to do brain surgery the length of time it took to straighten out my bill/ receipt. Moving my things to a Piscataway storage place for $100.00 less and larger unit.

It was a Saturday when I went to Cube Smart, the manager was unfortunately by himself and rather busy, but that didnt stop him from being courteous and helpful. He showed me several spaces until I found just what I needed. The area is clean and I feel very safe going by myself. I like that my unit is climate controlled. but when I went there late one night, it seemed a bit chillier than I expected. I like the keypad entry system, but would like brighter lights on the keypads themselves.

The staff in the location (Lou Mendez and the store manager Carrie Russo) were great and provided all the information before the move and the check-in process was simple. We did not have any issue and the storage was clean and ready when we arrived. I recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a place to store around this area! Thanks Venkat

I highly recommend this facility and company. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I also appreciated their use of technology, practically everything could be managed online, which was extremely useful to me since during a period of moving, I had to change my contact and billing info several times.
