I have been renting multiple units at this location since it was owned by Hampshire Self Storage. The change in ownership was an upgrade. Along with the new name came new management. At first Joni and then Bill Bunting. The place was immediately cleaner and better maintained. Under Bills management, NB Extra Space is the cleanest storage facility Ive seen. I am in and out of clients units elsewhere throughout the state, buying records for re-sale. None I have visited are as clean, brightly lit, and as functional as NB Extra Space. Bill and Jason are incredibly helpful and always available to answer questions I have. There have been days when an emergency unit was needed to store a collection I had just purchased. Ive never been left out in the cold. I will not rent anywhere else. The staff and facility are just to good in North Brunswick.

As I pulled up to Extra Space Storage on Route 1 North they were just closing their doors. Most people wouldnt even give me the opportunity to speak with them once they are closed but after speaking with Deb and William they understood how dire my situation was and decided to do the paperwork. It was an act of kindness and an old cliche of going the extra mile. Its not hard to expect good service when people are actually opened but when the day is over and people are anxious to get home to their lives... to find good humanistic service such as Deb and William gave me and a friend is rare and appreciated and furthermore they have a great sense of humor, so if customer service is important to you, check out Extra Space Storage and talk to Deb or William.

Saturday was the first time in years that I have had a need to rent a storage unit. Shane at the North Brunswick location was so very helpful and made a potentially confusing process so much easier. Took the time to understand my circumstances and what exactly was going to be stored in the unit. He made sure that the size I selected was appropriate for our items and gave me some helpful tips as well. I am grateful for not being rushed and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Great customer service from Shane, he is definitely a very knowledgeable person, was glad to have spoken with him during this process

My husband was bowling next door in the PBA Masters tournament and the parking lot was full. Due to the amount of snow that this area had accumulated, piles of snow blocked valuable parking spaces. After driving around for about 15 minutes with no luck, I decided to ask if I could use their parking lot. I was surprised when the response was "of course". I was so thankful and they were so nice and friendly. Even though I did not technically receive a service from them, the fact that they allowed me to park there reminded me there are good people out there. Thank you so much!!!

Just wanted to let you know that Bill and Jason at this store at 8345 the best employees I seen work here yet they are so dedicated to their work and they help out any time I ever had a problem or an issue . they were always there to help me out in any way please do not get rid of them that make a very good team and theyre good people to greet you at the when I think of extra Space Storage I think of Bill and JasonI would highly recommend them anywhere if you ever needed every 40 for these two guys on the guy to talk to again thanthanks :-)

I rented a 5*5 storage from extra space storage in North Brunswick last week. Manager William is very helpful, he clearly explained every details of both contract and storage to me. At the beginning the passcode I have for entering the storage is not working, and William is very patient on this, tried all the ways he have to help us solve it, really nice person, great service! Storage itself is indoor, very clean and secure. Management in the storage is very professional and efficient, it very simple to access our storage.

Ive been an Extra Space Storage customer for many years. My experience yesterday at the North Brunswick, NJ location was superb! Shane was the most accommodating representative that Ive ever had. He even helped put my purchased items in my vehicle, even though other customers were waiting (it only took a second, but thats the kind of quality customer service that he upholds). I am moving and needed a storage unit. I went to extra space storage and met Jake and Shane. They were friendly and professional. I am very stressed and they took their time with me. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. They even helped me put boxes in my truck. They made this part of moving quite pleasant.. I would recommend extra space storage to anyone. The facility is also very clean and secure. The customer service is outstanding!

They helped me find the right storage for my needs for the right price. Also I was fascinated with there security monitoring system, the whole place under watch so you know that your things safe. This is my second time renting a unit at this facility and I have never had a bad experience. I need a storage unit for my job and the employees were always more than happy to help me setting up a unit. The facility is very well secured and super clean. My car also died while I was at my unit and they were more than helpful! I definitely recommend this facility.

Once again, Bill has over-delivered. He has great customer service and was very knowledgeable in helping me find the right size storage in the location I was seeking. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the North Brunswick area, but I choose to keep my storage unit at Extra Space in North Brunswick only because of Bill.

Truly amazingly clean facility with an exceptional and competent management team , William and Jason. The facility is very well lit within the property and exceptionally well lit at night. A facility with a large entry and exit gates and 3 very large gates which allows access into the loading dock. A truly superior facility.

Really helpful staff. They definitely go the extra mile, which is much appreciated. I rented a 20 x 10 storage unit, which was clean and secure. I was phoned back within a few seconds of submitting my online order and Bill and Jason are both very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Ive been with Extra Space Storage North Brunswick since August 2012. Great location, easy to access, right of Rt.1. They have the best prices in the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Usually I talk to Bill or Joanie, the manager, when I need anything. They also offer a free truck when you move in.
