I have been a tenant at Somerset Self Storage for over 5 years and what a great experience it has been. Before Somerset I had tried another non climate controlled space that was more expensive but had a move in special for the first month and in that time all my belongings were starting to get damp and dusty. In a panic I stumbled into the office of somerset self storage and felt immediately this was the right place. If the staff doesnt steal your heart with a smile you must be dead. I consider myself lucky to have found a facility so well run and maintained for such a fair price...Their facility offer secure 24/7 access which the previous place did not. The 2nd floor climate controlled storage has kept my guitar, art,clothes, documents, tools and furniture collections in pristine shape. A few years after moving in I went on to start a business.Somerset helped by providing Garage bay storage as well as open air space for oversized vehicles and boats. If you are a business looking to store utility trucks for storm season I would not hesitate to stage here ;)

I WOULD NOT recommend this storage facility. My unit flooded with water twice this year due to unusual weather conditions and poor facility management. I was at the storage facility as the flooding was happening, went right to the manager Gabriella, told her that water was being forced into my unit due to a foot high of snow in front of it that was blocking drainage of the roof and she told me that "we dont plow the snow away from building that close". When I asked her to have someone shovel or plow the snow she refused to get that done. Water went into my unit. I was unable to clear it out due to things covering the entire floor. On behalf of Gabriella, I will say that 3 months later she leant me two pallets to help me raise 10% of my things off of the 300 square feet of floor that I was renting. Facility locked gates often were broken and tied open. So at least you could get in, but so could anyone else.

I have been parking my tractor trailer at Somerset Self Storage for the past 7 years. I usually start my work day between 3am and 5am. It is very convenient for me that this facility offers 24/7 access, at a low parking rate, and its so secure, as well. Also, I have a 10 x 10 unit and the rate is a lot lower than other places around the same area. The place is always clean and the customer service is very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility to others.

For all your storing needs, I highly recommend Somerset Self Storage on 22 Van Veghten Drive in Bridgewater, N.J. The container options are versatile in size, climate, and layout. The building and grounds are well maintained and set back in a safe area. Being in a secured space provides comfort and peace of mind. The Administrative Staff are very friendly, competent, and helpful. The Site Manager, Gabriela is always there to answer questions and offer assistance.

I have been using Somerset Self Storage for many years now. I have a unit for personal items and a parking spot as well. I have never had a problem getting in our out, with the 24/7 access. I find that the customer service is very helpful. When ever I stop there, they are always friendly and willing to answer any questions that I might have. There a great company to store with and they have better prices then most storage companys Ive gone to in the past.

Staff is always helpful especially the site manager Gabriela such a great person, the best storage Ive used to date and strongly recommend for you self storage.
