This place was fantastic in every aspect. I called the at around 9:30 in the morning hoping to be able to get a unit for that day. I called a few other place and they all swore that they were the cheapest. I needed a 10 x 10 unit at least and all other places were around $155-$165 dollars month and again, they all said "Our prices are very competitive and we are the cheapest around. Well, that wasnt even close to being true. I called Public Storage and they were 20% cheaper right off of the bat and they also gave me the first months rent free which was awesome being that I just moved from out of state and the move was very expensive. So I called and secured a unit and had to go there to fill out the paper work and when I arrived I dealt with Debbie and she was fantastic. She as polite, kind, knowledgeable about their product, worked very fast but was very thorough. She was quick to show me the unit and when we checked the first unit, it had some damage to the ceiling so within a minute or so, she had another unit for me. I was in kind of a rush going into the building and I told her when we started the process and this is where her speed came into play. We got back from physically checking the unit an we had a decent amount of paper work to do. She printed out all the paperwork and explained everything and accurately. As I checked out and finished paying and all that, she called me shortly after to make sure everything was up to my standards and it definitely was. I spoke with Amanda two or three days later when she again called to see if the move went well and if I needed anything. At the time I didnt need anything but if I did, Im sure she wouldve taken care of it immediately. She was very sweet, kind and caring of all my needs as well. I recommend this place to everyone who need storage whether it be short term or long term. Also, one of the best parts about this place was the included lock they gave me. Albeit it a small gesture, it went a long way. 5 starts all the way around.

Deb, who presides over the facility with the care and meticulous attention rarely seen outside of an employees home, was the only bright spot in an absolutely horrible day. My movers were clueless, possessions, budgets, and promises were broken, and by the time I arrived at Public I was a wreck. She was efficient, empathic (she shared her grapes) and informative. Our interaction felt like running into an old friend at cocktail hour after someone broke your heart. On a more general note, I think if management spent more time interacting with their people in the field, customer reviews on the internet would be less important as you wouldnt need me to tell you what you have in Deb.

I have been with this facility for a great legnth of time. Convienent, clean, and good customer friendly hours - both office, and gate access. Many property managers have passed in this period of time, but the present manager,Cathy, is by far the most customer involved that I have expierenced! If you think you have a problem, dont! Just take the time to speak with her. Cathy works with you , and if an answer can be found, Cathy takes the time to get it for you. The facility remains top notch on my list and the personal service pushes the bar one notch higher. I would recommend this location to friends and family, and anyone in need of storage.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Debbie and Karina. Before I signed up, I walked in for information and Debbie was extremely polite and knowledgable. Helped me determine what size unit I needed, and understand what was required for the registration process. I went home to speak with my boyfriend and went back the next day to rent. Karina then assisted us with the sign up and move in process. Everyone has been so very helpful and friendly. You could tell they cared and were not merely trying to make a sale. They made me feel confortable trusting my personal belongings to Public Storage. Carolyn and Mark.

Had to find a storage after my move back from Texas I was told I needed a 8x10 when I walked in and told the rep (Nita) I needed to confirm my reservation and see the lot she said what do you have? I explained everything and she knew exactly what she was talking about she said thats not gonna work for you, you need a 10x15 let me show you that one and sure enough she was right!!! Unfortunately they had no specials on that one but she was so great I stayed and payed the full month! Thats the type of customer service I am talking about!!!!

The Public Storage facility in East Brunswick is a great place to store your stuff! Its a nice place in terms of the buildings and so on, but what really makes all the difference is the manager, Cathy. Ive been a customer for years, and Cathys kindness and helpfulness have made the difference between a great experience as a customer and what could have been just an O.K. one. All of the Public Storage facilities would benefit from having such a good manager!

I went to public storage to make a payment for my grandson and i got helped by Amanda she was very nice and kind she greeted me right away and asked if she could help me i was able to make the payment really easy and i just appreciate the great customer service that I received if i ever needed stoarge ever in future I would definitely get a storage unit at Public Storage and I would definitely recommend Public Storage to my friends and family

I went in to Public Storage "blind" today, so to speak. I had no clue what I wanted, knew why I wanted, not sure what size would fit my needs etc. I met with Melinda who showed me everything, explained everything in detail and truthfully, sold it for me. She was kind, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and patient. I asked a bunch of questions and she answered them all fully. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Look up EXTRA SPACE storage . They are cleaner, bigger, dry, and cheaper per month! All these ratings are FAKE. They ask you to rate them right after you pay, and since you got 5 star service, to rate them this. How ..I just meet you, why ? Long story short short I added boxes on Monday, it rained on Tuesday, went back to add more on wednesday and. Spott was all ruined ! Floor flooded and cieling caving in on 3

I have units at three different PS for my business. Some , like the one on Rt 23 in Wayne are great, others like the one on Milltown Rd in East Brunswick are awful. For the past 7 months ( Sept - April ) an amazing 7 out of 8 lights in the row where my unit is located have been burnt out rendering it completely useless at night. I have called , written and pleaded for it to be fixed. They just dont care.

My dad and I went here to find a storage area for our unneeded junk from our home. The 10x15 garage was very clean and could easily fit the furniture and other junk we needed to sort out before throwing it out. Our helper Cathy was very informative and helped to make the whole process very quick and easy. We will definitely come back here if we need a place to store our things.
