WATCH OUT. They make money omitting information verbally and then being tricky with the fine print, instead of simply providing an honest service. Some months before renting, I inquired into terms and the manager said if I moved out early, the monthly rent was pro-rated. But on the 5th, when I informed the clerk I was moving out the next day, she said I owed the whole month anyway, that the policy had changed last November (after I spoke to the manager). I was unhappy, but paid the whole month, and moved out. So, the first of the next month rolls around (today, May 1), and they charge me for ANOTHER month. I said that I had paid the final bill and told the clerk I was moving out last month! The girl said "well, you did not fill out the form and turn in the key." When I paid my last rent and said I was moving the next day, the clerk said thank you and goobye, she did not tell me to do anything! I did not even think about the key for the little padlock they provided, which they of course have a key copy for. So the bottom line is, the clerks omit information to trick customers into violating the fine print on the contract, and then nail you. Instead of making an honest dollar provding a service, they make their money tricking you. I have already paid for TWO months I did not use. Robbinsville Storage is provding me with nothing and incurring no costs, just taking my money. A dishonest business, more intersted in a quick buck than equity, fairness, and maintaining good relations. Now they say the are turning me over to collections, as I do not want to pay for May, so this is going to turn into an epic small claims battle. All because they want to charge me the next 30 days on an empty storage unit. It is early AM on May 1, and of course by now I have filled out their forms and given them the key, but to no avail. They want that quick buck!!

Pat and Katie are the dynamic duo of stellar customer service and professionalism. Our Florida to New Jersey move had some complicating factors that Pat accommodated in an extremely supportive way. Upon our arrival, Katie added to that impressive experience by walking us through the details of our contract. She emphasized company policy on payment, schedule and procedure so as to make certain we would have every monetary advantage in our rental. My husband and I befitted from Pat and Katies kindness and attention to detail. Storage facilities can be found to be comparable when deciding on ones needs...24/7 access, cleanliness, price, truck availability on day of move... but often what separates them are the people that manage them and work there. Robbinsville Storages on-site manager Pat is what sets them apart from the others. She patiently and professionally answered all my questions during my storage decision process... and kept me updated when a unit became available that better suited my needs. Great customer service is often the factor that separates businesses... Pat provides that at Robbinsville Storage. The facility is clean, organized, and convenient with great accessibility. Robbinsville Storage is an excellent choice for me. I would like to share my recent experience using the facility for my storage needs. I was at a juncture of buying a nee house and out of lease at current house. I chose this place for storing my house hold. Very spacious and great climate controlled spaces. Worth renting here as the storage rent is worth pf the lowest prices they charge. Free rental truck is one the best advantages and a very convenient facility. The working staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in answering over phone or personally. One of the enployees Mrs. Patty is a very nice to talk to and helpful. I can only say good things about Robbinsville Storage and Pat. Prior to arriving at the facility the day of my move, Pat dealt w/ all of my many questions w/ tremendous patience. The day of the move I needed an additional unit and Pat was able to accomodate me w/ that also. During a subsequent visit I made to pick up a few things I somehow dropped a few bolts outside of my unit. Pat found them, set them aside, and was nice enough to email me to let me know that she had them in the office and would hold on to them until the next time I came by. Great customer service and a very clean, neat facility.

You cant ask for better accommodations. Lisa got me set up with a 5 x 15 unit for a very fair price. All the paperwork took less than 10 minutes. Our unit is accessible 24/7/365 and the storage area is immaculate. they are completely secure, water tight and I feel my belongings are completely safe. They even give you a code and log who comes in and out and when. this decision has made our life less cluttered and more organized. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a convenient, easily accessible and secure place to store their things. Keep up the good work.

We have used Robbinsville Storage for many years, recently we moved to a larger unit. Katie was very helpful and friendly to us during that process..We used their truck to move and it was FREE! We had a slight issue with our unit last week and Pat acted quickly and efficiently to rectify the situation. We were very pleased with how professional yet friendly Pat was. She went above and beyond for us. :-) We have already suggested this place to friends, we will continue to do so... Thank You Pat and Katie for making our experience a positive one...:-)

Have used many storage facilities in my life. Up to the point that I called and walked into the office in Robbinsville, the previous experiences have been difficult, time consuming and basically unpleasant. At Robbinsville Storage, the customer service and the assistance was exceptional. They were accommodating to my needs and worked with me through the process. Hopefully this will be the last storage unit that i will need for a while, but if that changes ---- Robbinsville will be the measuring stick that I will use to compare all future places with.
