This is the second season now that I have rented a unit at Princeton Self Storage. When I showed up at my indoor climate controlled unit this past weekend the temperature was at 91 degrees - way above the climate controlled setting that I am paying for. The thermostat was on the heat setting. In the winter they do the same thing and wait until someone complains about the temperature and then the property manager adjusts the thermostat to the correct climate control setting. So if you rent a climate controlled unit make sure you are on top of them to get what you pay for. Other than this problem, the place is kept very clean and the location is great. Storage units are a little more pricey than uncle bobs or extra space.

Clean, safe uncovered outside storage for our 30 travel trailer, HOWEVER, when I complained that ants and mice entered our covered unit over the winter, I was met with ambivalence. I asked if more traps could be put around the perimeter, but the person on the phone said the owner would not do it, nor did the owner ever call me about my concern. I am still renting there, but if I encounter the same problem over this winter (2014-5) I will leave, as it cost me a bit in damages inside my unit. I have used outdoor storage in the same area at two other places over the last decade and did NOT have this problem at the other two locations. :(

Very well maintained... I have parked my camper and noticed they clean around the other campers. Elinor (site manager) is really good. Slightly expensive, but I guess it is the Princeton area is like that in general. The website needs to be a little more updated and the driveway needs better sealing. Wont drop a star for that.

We were very happy with Princeton Self Storage services. Storage units were well maintained, issues were addressed promptly, easy billing/payment set up, and most of all, we our possessions were very secure. I would use Princeton Self Storage again and recommend it to others.

Placed my motorcycle in storage at the attendants direction, but was told the following day I needed to switch units and pay a higher price. I emptied the unit a week later but was not offered a refund for the remaining time from the manager. This week of storage cost me $100+.

My experience has been excellent. The units I used were clean, safe and secure and always available. The Manager and staff were very attentive to my needs and always available to respond to my requests. I recommend Princeton Self Storage without reservation.

Last summer I had to store my things 20 minutes away, and it was a pain to drive there to find things... This summer, were using Princeton Self Storage. Its nice, clean, new, and very convenient! The manager is really nice too!
