I was a customer at public storage for about a year we had nothing but problems with the employees and the gate never working! Everything at life storage is 10x better from the employees to the pricing and the cleanliness of the entire facility. Im upset we didnt make the switch sooner. Thank you Rich and Tina for doing such a great job and helping us find a storage unit for our needs!

Its one of the cleanest places but.....with all theyre extra fees its like being with Verizon and if they make a mistake with billing its gonna cost u not them and if you pay a day late they lock ur unit and charge 30 plus dollar fees .its the only place Ive ever been to that hold ur stuff and your money hostage.move on to a friendlier place that actually charges what they say.

We needed a storage unit last minute, from the initial contact on the website to the finalization of the unit space rental, we were treated with respect and a level of professionalism I did not expect from a storage unit place.
