I used this facility for about a year and from the minute I signed up, I was treated just like a customer wants to be treated. The people there always answered my questions quickly and if they needed to find out the information for me they took the time to find them and get back to me without hesitation. The facility is clean,except for when people dump their leftovers at the door,but they were never there more than a day. Excellent staff keeping the place clean after those that dont clean up after themselves. This storage place is a little further from where I live,and Ive thought of using other ones closer when I need to, but why risk it when Ive had such good experience with this. Even when I moved out,they were quick to check my unit,thanked me for using their place and made me very happy on my choice. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good place to store their items. Id also recommend going for a bigger unit if you plan on going there to look for your items while still in storage or if you will be organizing them while there as the extra room will make that a lot easier.

The time between my sister reserving our unit online and us starting to move in was about 90 minutes. After we submitted our reservation we almost immediately got a call from James who is the manager who set up an appointment for us 30 minutes later. When we arrived, he greeted us with a smile and he quickly took some notes about our needs and showed us a great space in the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen! While filling out the papers, we were discussing the easter holiday and low and behold, we rented storage from a PASTOR! We spent 15 minutes talking about life (more of me talking and him listening, sorry James). Storage has always been a necessary evil in life for me, until now. The unit, grounds and office are well kept. There is plenty of parking and a roof over the loading area which came in handy today with the rain. I highly recommend public storage and james if you need a space, they will take great care of you!

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I would strongly encourage you to go anywhere else BUT PUBLIC STORAGE...at any location. Their billing practices are bordering on illegal. If you are planning to keep your storage for anything longer than 3 months- do no t rent. The will raise your rent drastically every year 20% 30%,,,as I was told from their home office- :We do not cater to the long term renter. Loyalty is not our interest. We only cater to the short term" Your rent will very soon be DOUBLE of what you rented it for. And the only way to get a lower price that is advertised is to physically move al your stuff to a different unit. and they know people dont want to go through that hassle. Its such a despicable practice. ***BUYER BEWARE****

Sal was very helpful right from the getgo. He was pleasant on the telephone and also in person. Its nice when you feel like someone takes pride in their work. Sal gave me a little tour, made sure I tried the cylinder lock myself (good idea) and then he went over the paperwork. Their front office is very clean, his assistant very friendly too. He made sure he explained all the paperwork to me and asked if I had any questions. We then went to try out my entrance code and it worked great. I feel good knowing my belongings are being kept at such a personable, professional storage facility.

I am writing this review to let you know of the great service and having Sal in this location. Others have been there at times whenever he had to travel to other locations. DONT DO THAT. Sal is great right where he is. He knows most of us by name and he is consistent in giving the best service possible at this location. When he is not at this location, things seems to go wrong and you dont get that smile and welcomed greeting like Sal does every time I come there to pay on my bill. I have went there to pay my bill when he was not there and it was a nightmare. Sal is the best.

Actually I never write reviews. This time I’m under impression of the one employee from Public Storage. First time renting the storage and actually first time meeting the person who is not only a great employee but also the great person who wants to help you with stressful moving. He is personable, polite, professional, very helpful and HONEST. THANK YOU Sal for catching my $$$ mistake. Sal took time from his busy schedule to explain all the details and answered all questions. The tour of the facility showed that it was clean and secure. I highly recommend this place..

The Storage unit is very clean and I feel it is very secure. Sal, the Property Manager, was very helpful and answered all out questions and some we did not know we had until he gave us the information. He was also very polite and friendly! I felt he was keeping a good eye on the place and seemed to know everyone out there that putting things in and out of storage units. It was a good feel that really knew what going on and that security was good in this location. I am very glad we went with Public Storage!!

I have been using this storage facility for 4 years. It has always been clean, safe and easy to access for moves in and out of the space. Yesterday I transferred my belongings to a smaller unit it was a relative breeze given the helpful staff and great carts, wide hallways etc. Sal is always wonderful and yesterday, Kaitlyn helped and she was terrific as well. Highly recommend - I live in Brooklyn and I use this facility because I need a temperature controlled facility at a good price. Always worth the drive.

I am so happy to finally rent a unit at this storage facility! Viewing the available units online was a big help before going to the office and finding the right unit for my needs. Thanks to Rosemary I was set up with the best space for my things and the process was so easy! They also have all of the packing materials I need and I wont have to go to a dozen different places to find everything. Thank you to every one at public storage for making this a painless move.

In spite of the valiant efforts of all the employees to keep customers happy, I would probably not return to this location because of managements refusal to maintain the place. At various times both front and rear gates were not operational for weeks at a time. This is unacceptable. If monthly fees are not paid, they lock you out. But when it comes to security issues, management is not willing to spend the money to uphold their end of the contract.

My girlfriend and I finally settled on Public storage after much consideration and boy oh boy are we glad we did. Merry was a joy starting with our telephone discussion and toward the end with helping select the appropriate size unit. She made what was a difficult time in our lives some what easy by ensuring we were comfortable. I highly recommend public storage and will refer any friends or business associates who are in need of this service.
