The company name (Uncle Bobs) sounded a little corny at first. But, ever since, I have been totally impressed. Their service and facilities are outstanding -- clean, cool (even in August), safe, well lighted, video security inside and out. I am totally impressed with this place. On a survey months ago, I gave a slightly negative reply to one of the Qs -- and the regional manager called to see if she could help resolve my issue in any way. I was very impressed. I dont believe I have ever seen such excellent facilities and service. I would recommend to anyone interested in clean storage and great customer service.

I was with Lackland storage for a very long time. Originally had some concerns about switching to Uncle Bob. Associate Jon Lee made my concern disappear. Jon has been very professional and courteous, treats the Facility as his own, takes pride in keeping the Facility clean, rest room and hallways and entrance too. That to me is a testament of someones desire to do a great job and who takes pride in what he does. A lot of my personal belongings are stored there and because of employees like Jon I have not hesitated to recommended Uncle Bobs storage to my friends and family.

Absolutely love this place. I was desperate for a place to store all my items in the middle of a move, called here and Maria was absolutely phenomenal with her assistance, patience and care to help me in my time of need. I had gone to other places to see prices and what they had to offer as well but Marias knowledge, helpfulness and expertise helped me make my decision on choosing this facility.
