I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage at 3780 U.S. 1 in Monmouth Junction, NJ for almost four years now. I met Lynn and her team when Extra Space Storage was brand new to the area. She and her team were helpful, engaging and resourceful. The site was extra clean, well managed and most important to me, safe. Nothing has changed! I appreciate Lynn, her team and the work/services that they provide. They have not changed from the initial day that I met them. They continue to be the courteous and the outstanding professionals I would expect. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and have done so to other family members and friends, specifically this location. They now have storage spaces there as well. Keep up the good work and good customer service! Thanks.

Very friendly staff! Storage facility was nice and clean. Big +1 for having large rolling carts accessible at all times within the storage unit access area (no needing to find someone or hunt it down). -1 for the lack of a truck (lots of other places have this, but werent as convenient location-wise for me). They do offer a discount code for Budget, but after making a reservation with Budget a week ahead of time they still didnt have a truck for me. I get this isnt Extra Spaces fault, but Extra Space chose to go that route over having their own truck so...

Extra Space Storage is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. I have rented out a unit from the Monmouth location the past two years and have never been disappointed. The facility is clean and the customer service is excellent! Debbie, who works at this location, has been extremely helpful and has always ensured that we get the best services. The price is also affordable relative to other storage places. I would really recommend extra space storage for anyone looking to store their belongings in a clean, affordable, and friendly environment.

I have been a Loyal Customer of Extra Space Monmouth Junction for over a year now. The staff, particularly Lynn and Deb (Love you Deb!!), make me feel like family. Every so often I always get a courtesy call of a "Thank you for your continued business" (along with a joke or two). Not many businesses will work with you when things happen or payment is late but they always find time and a way. Best place to store your stuff, 24 hour drive up access and very affordable. PLUS you will make fast friends with the staff. Worth the journey down Route 1.

I met Lynn and her crew last fall when temporarily moving to NJ. The other storage facility that I had arranged for by telephone was dirty and unacceptable. When I got to Extra Space I found staff that was extremely friendly and helpful. My problem was solved in no time. I was, and continue to be, very impressed with how clean and well run the Monmouth Junction facility is. This is just a nice place to do business...is well run...and is very clean. If I ever move back to central NJ I would definitely use this facility again.

Ive had an extremely positive experience here so far! Lynn in particular has been an amazing help, she went out of her way to assist me and stay after hours when I was running late to set up my rental. She was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable, you can tell she has a genuinely kind spirit. She was able to address all of my needs and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The facility is much cleaner than other storage places that Ive toured and their rental agreements are very fair.

Extra Space Storage in Monmouth Junction is an excellent facility that meets all of my storage needs. It is clean and convenient, and Lynn and Debbie in the office provide exceptional customer service all of the time. They were very helpful and patient duing my sign-up process, and since I haved starting using my unit they have brought in many packages for me which is a tremendous help. I really appreciate them going the extra mile and they have made me a very satisfied customer!

There are no words to describe how completely satisfied I am with the level of customer service and quality and security of the units. Lynn is absolutely amazing! Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience at Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and not too far away from Princeton University, where I am a student. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially considering that I had been in a time crunch to find storage. I only wish that they had some sort of awning because I was unloading some items from my car on one occasion when it suddenly started raining, and my stuff got drenched.

Extra Space Storage in Monmouth Junction is the best run storage facility in the central New Jersey area The manager Lynn and the assistant manager Deb are very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike most of the storage facilities in the area, this place is clean, really clean. My only complaints are no wifi and no electric outlets to use for badly needed lighting. Their lighting works on a motion sensor and can go off, leaving you in the dark.

Excellent experience from the moment we walked in to the establishment (actually booked online and the process was seamless!). The staff are friendly, attentive and ready to answer your questions! The inside units are nice and clean... all you could really ask for. The only suggestion I have is to provide some more carts for moving items from the car to the unit. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

I couldnt be happier my fiance found this facility for me when I moved. The place is very clean and I feel extremely safe with the whole setup. The people that work there are all so nice and helpful. I feel really satisfied as a customer and would definitely refer other people to the Monmouth Junction location. This company is very customer service oriented and a pleasure to do business with.

I would highly suggest using this facility. I found it safe, reliable, clean, and well managed. There is a very helpful manager named Vance that was very polite and helped me with every question I had, I could not have been more grateful for the time he took with me. I would suggest asking for him, as I found the customer service to be excellent. All in all, this would be the place to go!

The staff, Lynn and Debbie are friendly and professional. The facility is always spotless which is very important to me. I lost my mom and needed to store her precious things.
