The staff at this facility is like no other. Theyre extremely genuine people who actually take pride in what they do, despite that being the opposite in most cases. Jennifer at the front desk helped me when I walked in last week. She answered every question I had thoroughly and with a smile on her face which left me to become a life-long customer when I need storage again. She even went as far as walking me through the facility and showing me how everything worked, which wasnt even necessary on her end. Most cases, I would have gotten verbal instructions and sent on my way, but she walked outside with me and showed me how to operate the gate, where to park, and showed me where my storage unit was. The place is extremely clean and tidy for a storage facility. I will definitely being doing my business here and only here in the future. Well done, life storage.

This is a great facility!! Lynn the manager is fantastic. She answered all my questions prior to me even asking her. This facility is exceptionally clean and well organized. She is very easy to work with. I intend to refer family and friends to this facility. I would never do this unless I had complete confidence in Life Storage, Hillsborough. Been renting here for the better part of 3 years. Staff is always professional and courteous. I had one issue when renting a van, but in their defense, it wasnt their fault and beyond their control (previous customer didnt return the van at designated time) but they made a few phone calls and made an arrangements for me to pick up a van at another nearby location. Kudos!

I have been a customer of Uncle Bobs for 11 years at the Hillsborough NJ site. The site is kept impeccable. It is always clean and in good order. Never any debris laying around. It is also very secure with all the security equipment in excellent order. The staff is GREAT! Always courteous, helpful and cheerful. It is a pleasurable experience every visit to the site.

Lynne and Kelly are both great. Kelly was helpful in getting me all set with a storage unit, and Lynne was helpful when I found a wet spot in the unit. She took care of it right away and even checked with me when she saw me again pull in to make sure everything was fixed. I would highly recommend them.
