Through the years I have had to put things in storage. Moving, Downsizing etc. I have never, I repeat NEVER had a storage facility so well kept, well staffed, and secure. It is the most organized and well run facility in Hamilton. The office manager and other staff protect our belongings as if it were their own. They are professional and kind and understand the stresses of moving. It is clearly top notch. I can sleep at night knowing my property is in this facility. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. The owners of this facility should be proud of their staff and their building. It is perfectly run. And by far, the best storage facility I have ever used.

From start to finish the staff here at AR&C Self Storage is EXCEPTIONAL! When I called to make an appointment, I was given a tour of the facility and was thoroughly explained how everything works. I left my lock unlocked after being there and I got a phone call from the staff telling me so. I couldnt believe that they check things like this, being there are so many units! That was awesome! The facility is very clean. The use of the truck is even better, "free upon move in"! I needed it to move out and the rate is very reasonable! If you dont pick AR&C, youve picked the wrong storage facility. Thanks, and I will be back.

Super CLEAN, secure, & well run - you wont find a better facility for this price. All units are climate controlled and prices are competitive with the storage chains (think orange signage). Plus, their security is top notch - i came here in the evening on several occasions and never felt unsafe. I checked out multiple storage facilities in Hamilton before coming here (needed to stage my condo for sale and store extra items for 2 months). Upon seeing this facility, I booked immediately - it was a great experience and I will use them again whenever I need storage.

Nice facility, kept clean and well lit. Really dont have an complaints except for one; the yearly increase in the price of the containers. I have been with then since the start (approximately 6 years) and the price has gone up every year. I went as far as transferring my belongings into a smaller container, just to slow down the expense. Every year they send the same form letter stating how sorry they are that they have to raise the rent, but economic pressures basically force them. What a crock!! That too me is their only negative.

The facility is immaculate and very secure. Never once worried about the safety of my possessions. Janine was an absolute joy to deal with. A genuinely nice person who made me feel right at home. Looking forward to meeting her husband Larry soon! I highly recommend AR&C Self Storage. You wont be disappointed!

Clean facility that is conveniently located. While I didnt rent a unit (they didnt have what I needed available), Janine still helped me with a recommendation to a competitor that had what I needed. She was professional and courteous, which seems to be a rarity these days.

Temperature control, easy access, carts were always available. Had two units for several years and never had an issue. Just wish there were more convenient office hours, but when I called and left a message someone would always get back to me quickly.

We have rented four different storage units over the last ten years at AR&C. We currently have one larger unit. Access is never a problem, and we have never had security issues or cleanliness issues. The staff is such a pleasure to work with!!
